    Can't really say anything bad about Debian - there's a reason it's been around since the beginning. Works perfectly fine on ARM instances too.

    Perfect AMI for my use case but I am unable to remote into the instance. SSHing with the prescribed username "admin" results in the following error.

    Received disconnect from x.x.x.x port 22:2: Too many authentication failures
    Disconnected from x.x.x.x port 22

    The correct pem file is used and all ports from all addresses were opened to remove any variables from the error.
