Pricing and entitlements for this product are managed outside of AWS Marketplace through an external billing relationship between you and the vendor. You activate the product by supplying an existing license purchased outside of AWS Marketplace, while AWS provides the infrastructure required to launch the product. Subscriptions have no end date and may be cancelled any time. However, the cancellation won't affect the status of an active license if it was purchased outside of AWS Marketplace.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions
Once the instance is running, connect to the administrator portal by typing http://<public_dns>/ui/admin/index.html. The default user name is 'admin' and the password is the Instance ID of your running EC2 instance. Create user accounts, setup Team Folders and customize the site branding to get started. The usability and the look and feel that makes it easy and user friendly.
The product offers security compliances as well as an efficient file-exchange platform feature.

The product isn't CMMC-ready (for now) and is missing the ability to exchange secure messages as well.

FileCloud was right where we needed it. It's compliance with ITAR-requirements shows that company is security-driven and opts for an easy-to-use platform while bringing security feature along with it.

The setup process can be time-consuming, which might lead to occasional frustrations. Additionally, there are occasional glitches in the platform that can disrupt workflows and hinder productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Among the nicest things about FileCloud are its strong security features, which include data encryption and ransomware evasion. Because of the way it works, it can be easily customized to meet specific company needs, and the user-friendly design ensures acceptability and ease of use. With flexible deployment options and prompt customer assistance, FileCloud offers an entire solution for file-sharing and working together needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users feel that further training may be necessary for FileCloud's advanced functionalities. Furthermore, price plans could be somewhat more expensive than those of some competitor. While some offer free services, they are poorly secure.
