Cloud Readiness Assessment

Enterprise Cloud Readiness assessment is a 2 week engagement that will evaluate multiple dimensions including business, technology, security, compliance, application and data compatibility, continuous delivery and operations to help define and build a successful comprehensive plan for Cloud adoption.

Activities

Questionnaires, written responses, architecture review, artifacts analysis, interviews, financial analysis.

Deliverables A report and a final presentation containing:

• Maturity scale for the assessed dimensions to help the enterprise understand current state and achieve desired state
• Recommendations suited to business and technology challenges
• The high level roadmap to address Cloud readiness and move to Cloud ensuring minimal disruption to the current business initiatives and maximum ROI.
• Guidelines key metrics measurement

Applicable Areas

The assessment can be applied in organizations that:

• Have legacy workloads that may not be compatible with the cloud environment
• Have time and financial constraints to execute the migration
• Have current environments do not address the critical requirements like compliance, cost, time-to-market, carbon emissions, etc.
• Have few workloads on the cloud; or do not have business critical applications on the cloud
• Have decided to move to cloud, although is not sure about all the variables to consider
• Want to build a migration plan that mitigates risks and is executed smoothly.
