The Veeam Kasten data management platform, purpose-built for Kubernetes, provides enterprise operations teams an easy-to-use, scalable, and secure system for backup/restore, disaster recovery, mobility, and ransomware protection of Kubernetes applications.
A Kasten Hybrid Deployments - Term license purchased via the AWS Marketplace can be applied to Kasten running in any supported Kubernetes distribution, including (but not limited to) Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat OpenShift on AWS (ROSA), SUSE Rancher, and vanilla Kubernetes.

AWS Support offers four support plans: Basic, Developer, Business, and Enterprise. The Basic plan is free of charge and offers support for account and billing questions and service limit increases.
