Overview
This is a repackaged open source software product wherein charges apply for deployment of the application and AMI support and compliance. Rust is a multi paradigm, general purpose programming language that emphasizes performance, type safety, and concurrency. It enforces memory safety, ensuring that all references point to valid memory, without requiring the use of a garbage collector or reference counting present in other memory safe language. WebAssembly defines a portable binary code format and a corresponding text format for executable programs as well as software interfaces for facilitating interactions between such programs and their host environment.
Highlights
- Low-Level Control with High-Level Ergonomics
- Developers can write performance-critical code in Rust, compile it to Wasm, and then run it in the browser.
- Combination allows for the development of fast, efficient, and safe web applications

Amazon Machine Image (AMI)
An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
