Overview
Thoughtworks’ AI-powered customer experience proof-of-concept enables you to leverage AI to enhance customer interactions quickly and effectively. Over the course of eight weeks, Thoughtworks' consultants will work closely with your team to design, develop, and demonstrate a working prototype that integrates AWS and Agentforce. This engagement will provide you with valuable insights, reduce risks, and offer a clear path forward for your customer engagement strategy.
By the end of the engagement you’ll have a PoC to test and validate with stakeholders and customers, and act as a North Star for further product development.
