Managed Services After Migration Depending on the level of support you prefer in managed services, we currently offer 3 tiers of service.

Mission Cloud Gateway We help you manage your infrastructural health by visualizing it and making recommendations through Mission Control, our cloud services platform; we also help you conduct ongoing cost management with Vega Cloud and pay-as-you-go DevOps support via Engineer Assist.

Mission Cloud Foundation In addition to Gateway features, get 24/7 support from CloudOps Engineers and Technical Account Managers to ensure optimal performance and provide guidance for ongoing improvements.

Mission Cloud One Includes both Gateway and Foundation and adds 24/7 Network and Security Operations Centers to monitor, manage, and secure your AWS environment with tools like New Relic and CrowdStrike Falcon Complete.
