Overview
This is a repackaged open source software product wherein additional charges apply for deployment of the application and AMI support and compliance. Hyperledger Iroha is a blockchain platform implementation and one of the Hyperledger projects hosted by The Linux Foundation. Hyperledger Iroha is designed to be simple and easy to incorporate into infrastructural projects requiring distributed ledger technology. Hyperledger Iroha features a simple construction; modern, domain-driven C++ design, emphasis on mobile application development and a new, chain-based Byzantine Fault Tolerant consensus algorithm, called Sumeragi. Hyperledger Iroha was initially contributed by Soramitsu, Hitachi, NTT Data and Colu. Iroha has the following features:
- Creation and management of custom complex assets, such as currencies or indivisible rights, serial numbers, patents, etc.
- Management of user accounts
- Taxonomy of accounts based on domains or sub-ledgers in the system
- The system of rights and verification of user permissions for the execution of transactions and queries in the system
- Validation of business rules for transactions and queries in the system
