I tried the free tier and the product is great. It works really well for our Saas application. I would give 5 stars for the product alone. But I give 3 stars as I find it difficult and time consuming to subscribe to this product. I've signed up 7 days ago and the subscription starts immediately. But I don't have an account to use. I followed up in vain with their sales.
Humio helped identify operational issues
2. Speed of ingestion seems to be good.
2. Dashboards need to be made more elegant.
3. Scripting challenged users may have a little difficulty creating queries or dashboards.
4. Dashboarding needs to be improved to professional grade UI look and feel
