Activities

• Week 1-2: Opportunity Framing Establish clear objectives, success criteria, and expectations. Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the organization's processes, challenges, motivations, and opportunities. Identify and rank use cases, evaluating GenAI potential.
• Week 3-5: Concept Development Ideate and generate concepts and solutions around prioritized use cases and opportunities. Build GenAI prototypes, develop value proposition and business model, and technical solution. Present concepts to stakeholders for feedback.
• Week 6-7: Concept Validation Validate and de-risk concepts for desirability, feasibility, viability, and responsibility with stakeholders and real user feedback. Measure outcomes. Create roadmap for deployment.
