The most thing I like about this is privacy and unlimited storage capacity the backup function is very helpful for disaster management.

Filecloud does not need any coding. angone can setup a process and do more things without codes. It also shows a realtime reports on one click. It supposts lage file support and have inbuilt DICOM image previee so users are able to share medical reports in DICOM format.

What do you dislike about the product?
Liscensing fileckoud can be critical at times. Liscences expires causing a downtimes randomely. The process setup is time consuming which may be frustrating at times. There are some Occasional glutches with platform disturbing the workflows and productivity.
Pricing plans are comparatively higher than other clod based file sharing products.

Cost is a huge pain,k but worth it. Has some errors it randomly throws at users and takes a little longer than most to upload,k the licensing renewal, i think a one-time license is better

they seemed to have fixed the drop out issue,k for awhile iwas getting booted out,k and had to make sure i had saved my work,k this issue seem to have been corrected in 2023

What do you like best about the product?
FileCloud is one of the best cloud file storage solutions, with lots of useful features such as their Sync desktop applications to allow users to sync files on the go. Support has been great with quick response times and helpful engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature I would like added to FileCloud is the ability to have more granular sync settings within FileCloud Drive and File Cloud Sync. However, I'm aware that these may be merging in the future and may have different features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product is great for remote staff that need to get files to and from head office in a quick and efficient way.

Actually, I didn't have a negative side, the return speed was better than I expected.

If you choose on-prem installation, support is a little more hands off for Filecloud. There is a lot of documentation.

Great tool for handling files
What do you like best about the product?
This is great tool I have encountered in my career for handling files with top most security. It provides security to all our files we are sharing, also have administrative feature so that we can handle our files with as we want. I have personally used it for sending resumes, excel sheets, reports and found be to be useful for keeping it. We can also password protect our files with FileCloud
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say this is very handy and quite easy tool to use. Anyone can use it comfortably. I didn't find any thing which would make me feel that i disliked it. So far it's a great tool

We were sharing files, encrypting it, keeping files in secured locations. So far it is a great tool for securing our documents. FileCloud has a feature of making everything in our hand also, it provides us administrative functionality where we can make the most use of it.

With FileCloud, you may access the same features as a file server without actually owning one. Additionally, security is built in, so you won't have to worry about your data being lost or stolen. I appreciate that they also provide an internal solution for individuals who have a physical server.

The one drawback we've seen is that some software, like Access, store a local file on a user's computer, which prevents data from immediately syncing. If your business is highly particular about access rights, creating file owners and groups may become confusing. Another drawback is that you cannot prevent a user from using the web portal
