Great Security and Great Protection!
What do you like best about the product?
Gives a sense of ease that we are protected - email security, data, and sensitive information such as customer information is protected and provides a solution to data protection
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit higher than other vendors and they have a slightly complicated interface that sometimes requires to look things up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working on competitive pricing. You pay a premium for a great security network - which can end up saving you money in the end. You are at ease having Barracuda CloudGen Access.

User friendly, efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Ensuring safety from web threats is the most useful feature. In this covid times, when remote working has become new normal, ensuring cyber safety of the employee and company resources is vital.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional charges for managing multiple firewall is a downside, personally. Also, push notifications could be better. As of now I can only think of these. There is room for improvement but anyways it is a wonderful product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most vital challenge is ensuring the device's security (cyber security) when the work from home has become so popular, users access internet from various sources, (though not preferred, but inevitable). Barracuda can provide security.

Barracuda CloudGen Access is a place where I can perform my work-related activities securely without any data breach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very secure place, but the cost to buy is a little bit high compared to other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will remove all phishing mails and websites.

What do you like best about the product?
We can access this software from anywhere, and this is unlike other software I have used in the past; this is with neither limitations nor faults. It is very secure, and I can`t wait for new updates. It is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike about this app; previously, it didn`t work correctly, but now it is working perfectly, and everything is good now with this app. Now I can see the improvements in this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It blocks the malware bytes, and the ads redirects. I have used a popup blocker, but this is more efficient than the popup blocker in inhibiting the redirection. This is the best app for tracking too.

What do you like best about the product?
Through Barracuda CloudGen Access, we can access various applications and cloud databases very securely. It is reliable while using the platform with zero consequences and avoiding phishing and other scams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like Barracuda CloudGen Access because sometimes we cannot access various databases in a single attempt. They can improve by bringing together other platforms rather than only the software, which may include the job platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned in the previous question, I can access the various cloud databases through a single login of my account, which makes my life easier and faster, productive.

Easy accessibilities due to user friendly interface and compatibility with existing. Besides it secures your data with swift backup mechanism

There shall be offline function options for premium version so that one can download necessary data offline

Their http://campus.barracuda.com site and the built-in online help docs (accessible from the WAF) are well written and actionable.
Barracuda's WAF helped us secure more instances on AWS.
Within minutes, the solution was easily deployed using the AWS Marketplace and analyzing traffic in passive mode. Once the necessary changes were applied, the WAF was in production mode and protecting traffic.
Their WAF solution also includes a geo-filtering feature that allowed us to decommission an instance from an alternate provider.
