What do you like best about the product?
manage your codes with any number of revisions.
it is free for personal use, provide you build facility for testing, enough storage capacity.nice and easy user interface, good quality of support, easy to manage ssh keys, nice and very easy documentation for newbies.

What do you dislike about the product?
there can be better documentation for build/pipeline stuffs CI/CD. they should provide some GUI tools then basic interface with all major operating system suported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
first problem for any developer us where to store the codes. second how to manage the number of revisions done on that codes in now a days egile system revisions are infinites, gitlab provides a way to manage these two major problems solution in simple and easy manner.

It is a great way to collaborate with stakeholders internally and sub-contractor external consultants when starting new projects and building programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for non-software experts (e.g. business staff).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launching new products into the marketplace.

What do you like best about the product?
Compatibility with tools and local environment is seamless. It integrates well into a team's workflow and has not presented with any glitches
What do you dislike about the product?
The support system is not at par with its competitors. Handling public and private keys introduced delays in getting the work delivered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gitlab solves the version control of code and scripts that my team collaborates on. It has ensured that there are no conflicts b/w stakeholders and parallel work can continue.
Best source code management for developers
What do you like best about the product?
I have used the Gitlab version control in my projects. The cloud platform of Gitlab is also convenient to use. We have used Gitlab CI/CD for deployment of our web projects so I like this feature a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major dislikes for Gilab. They can enhance the ui/ux of the cloud dashboard for giving access of the repository to users or groups so that we can easily find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gitlab is solving our code management. This version control software is used in most of our projects for tracking revision, solving integration conflicts, creation of multiple branches of code.

The least helpful thing about the Gitlab is weird commands and directions they provide to their users.
Definitely, it is not the best platform for beginners to add their projects.

Gitlab helps to multiple developers to work and collaborate at any place which is a very big advantage from the business point of view.
Another advantage is we can host our project with just a few commands.

GitLab is great for software teams.
What do you like best about the product?
GitLab has a generous free tier. We have also been able to purchase more GitLab Runner minutes a la carte. Most other places require you enter a subscription tier to take advantage of add-ons. I started using GitLab when Github required a paid plan for a team to work on private repositories and have never looked back.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any at this point. I've been happy with the product.

GitLab solves the problem of finding affordable source control and CI/CD pipelines for automated tests and deployments.

What do you like best about the product?
Gitlab has a very easy user interface as well as anyone can use this GitLab very easily. It's very helpful in managing our project and automating deployment with fewer build errors. With the help of these Gitlab, we can bring everyone on the same page for the progress of the Project. this one is the one-stop solution for the VCS and DevOps Requirements.

Gitlab does not have Useful analytical insights, and sometimes, it will take too much time for full load.

A repository for continous integration
What do you like best about the product?
The main functionality that usually let me choose gitlab over GitHub Is wether or not I need to use the pipelines. Gitlab allows you to easilt integrate your repository with a pipeline service such as Jenkins
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not too easy to manage at first, multiple time I struggled during merge conflicts that need to be solved but I need to close the request and reopened It to succeed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps that the documentation is very good and It can be integrated with a lot of other services. It benefits me that I can work with either the repository and the pipeline system from a centric platform that I can share with and control. The branch system is very straight forward even for new developers too
Amazing code repository and Ci/CD tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to setup all your needs for code repositories and CI/CD workflows; it is also highly flexible in terms of the security and account configuration settings
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the flexibility in the settings makes it complex to achieve simple configurations; I know that with flexibility comes complexity, but maybe some changes in user experience can make it better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is providing my company a centralized place to control all the code repositories and also to create the CI/CD pipelines to deploy the applications of our platform
