What do you like best about the product?
The alerts are sent to email instantly and makes the job easy for the developers to monitor what's wrong in case with the applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI in the web is little cluttered up and needs to be polished more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To monitor flags in Kafka consumption in the api of the software we built.

What do you like best about the product?
Datadog has a nice dashboard that makes it extremely easy to use and very user friendly.
Easily syncs with AWS.
Customer support is usually very quick and helpful.
Not at all mobile friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performs poorly on Microsoft Azure compared to how well it works with AWS.
Not at all mobile friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to monitor important metrics such as memory and CPU, identity unhealthy boxes, to gain insights into server performance and to generally monitor our public cloud.

Ability to detect problems

What do you like best about the product?
I find a software with a very advanced intelligence system to detect the alerts or performance problems of each system wherever the location is, which is well designed to validate all this information alerts with graphics that show in real time

notifies the performance problems that are affecting the system and this prevents that if it is a serious damage is solved in a quick time and not later when the system is more damaged and can not be easily fixed
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical support I do not like because I ask them questions to which they respond with rather useless answers that do not give me a solution to what I ask or they make me review something that I tell them to review, I do not think that they have trained personnel to answer precisely in what you need to know
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the intelligence that manages this software it seems to me that the system is updated at all times and allows to see future problems that would be serious without solution and before this happens Datadog gives us the opportunity to correct these problems more easily to what would be a possible serious problem

What do you like best about the product?
- I can have app performance tracking

- I have control of error rates and graphics with system latency percentages

- Detects and alerts about the performance problems of each user in the location where he is for his system

- saves engineering resources with self-maintained tests driven by AI

- I receive notifications to the email about the performance problems, either only from my network or a massive problem in the company

- the plans are economical are very affordable to buy

- helps to optimize the use of capacity in the hybrid infrastructure
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is very complicated because there is not enough information on how to do the initial configuration and the rest of the process to learn how to use it, and the little information that is in a complicated vocabulary to understand, contact me with support which If you explain some things to me and I pass a more detailed guide but in the same way I felt vocabulary that I did not understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that can be caused by poor performance of the system warn about this in order to solve possible problems before it is a major problem and cause damage

I have control of the performance of all the app to know if its performance is correct

You can track the performance of each app you have

Quickly analyze the solution to the problems that may arise in the app and platforms

warning of possible damages that may be caused before the damage is greater and causes irreparable damage

calculate the rates, ratios, or averages and see the graphs in real time

you can receive the alerts by email if at the moment I am not in the workplace

I can silence all alerts with a single click
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically this platform is aimed at professional engineers because the programming language it has is very complex that is only understood by engineers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it benefits at the moment that it warns about the possible damages that can be caused before the damages are greater and can damage the app or the computer, showing the graphs of the ones that are performing the most in the system

What do you like best about the product?
It has a simple, clean and effective user interface. It provides advanced graphs and proficient documentation. It has a good pricing model. It brilliantly measures memory and CPU usage
What do you dislike about the product?
Its installation can be confusing for a beginner. Logging capabilities of datadog are not very robust. The free version has limited features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Datadog has support for variety of operating systems thus it helps in all monitoring that you need. Thus you can easily find the issues and their solutions.

It has more than 200 integrations and I see that more and more
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a pretty platform but quite complicated to understand and to manage because of my position in the company it helps me to understand a little more but even so I feel that there are parts of this platform that I do not understand

I feel that this platform is designed more for professional people in the area with extensive knowledge in the system because if there are people who execute this platform without having a wide knowledge it can fail in the attempt of the execution and programming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
you can maintain a more stable and safe monitoring when you learn to manage the platform well, each time you are finding a benefit that contributes more to the company

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to make health dashboards for all the services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is there is no search for type of errors you need to filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to generate health dashboards and trace logs when there is an issue raised.

What do you like best about the product?
The free version offered to know it well before starting to pay I had a good idea of Datadog, I had my doubts if I was going to like it or not, that if it was good or not and I did not want to start paying for something that was not I knew how I was going to get out so I tried the free version and started using it and until now I have it, I liked it.

The attention to the client that they have from the beginning so it is free version and already later when it is bought it is equally good it does not change in anything and it is very fast
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a great monitoring tool but to work properly, it is important to read a lot and see tutorials before starting to handle it. Everything is very complex, I have to ask for help from the engineers to understand words that said and did not understand what the icon was for or menu
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The supervision you have in the cloud helps improve agility and efficiency, I like to have this tool in the company

What do you like best about the product?
The visualizations, especially how it can differentiate between different services, API's, HTTP status codes, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
No official way of converting screenboard dashboards to timeboard dashboards and vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective ways of visualizing our data and improve our continuous delivery process. Benefits realized so far include really clear visuals for our various API's.
