Veeam O365 review
What do you like best about the product?
Veeam for Microsoft 365 has good benefits. it really helps in maintaing office exhange emails in place
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharepoint restoration to different tenant

It helped in resolving Exchange backup and loss in email restoration

What do you like best about the product?
Veeam for O365 helped in resolving my email issues by backing up necessary data

Currently sharepoint migration issue not there

Veeam Backup for M365 Has Saved My Butt
What do you like best about the product?
On a few occasions when I have had users delete some files I was able to easily get them back. Also when I accidently deleted my email box from Microsoft, I was able to use Veeam Backup for M365 to get all my user data back.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I haven;t liked so far is that I used to have it setup to go straight to my Synology box via SMB but that stopped woeking and I had to use iSCSI which I was unfamiler with jsut to get it working again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is alowing me to have a local backup of all my M365 data and also a fast way to restore any data that has been deleted or corrupted. It also allows me to have changed versions of files if something goes wrong with the working file.
Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is very easy to implement and to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Implentation was extremely easy and when we have had to get messages back for any reason it has been quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have had during my use of Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is after an update. after a quick call to support my issue was quickly resolved.

Having a quickly accessible backup of our messages.

What do you like best about the product?
Veeam backup for Microsoft 365 help us to recover a lot of informations, and not only mails but also Sharepoint files. All of that very quickly and easily, and for a little price
What do you dislike about the product?
After many years of usage, I don't find any bad point because this solution still very helpful, and even user without formation can use it (if he knows Veeam B&R console)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Veeam help us to recover many files and mails multiple times. Without it we would have a lot of loss. Other point, we like to have On Premise backup and not only all on Cloud
Veeam for O365
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Veeam to backup O365 for almost 2 years and have been very pleased with the backup solution. We are able to backup up all the mailboxes, sharepoint and Teams messages and do a grandular restore when needed
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned earlier, we have been using this solution for almost 2 years and like the solution. I like that I have a second backup and not just a restore ability from Microsoft. Strongly recommend.

We use Veeam to backup O365. It provides us another layer of protection for our email, Teams, and SharePoint data

What do you like best about the product?
Backing up the cloud! So helpful being able to backup everything in Microsoft 365. It can be tricky if you are watching your license count and trying to figure out specifically what you want to back up, but for everything except Sharepoint you can use dymaic groups to both include and exclude what you want to backup. The GUI for restoring is slow, but very helpful on making sure you restore what you want and where you want to restore it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to dymanically backup sharepoint sites without backing up the entire orginization. You have to add new sites to the backup job as they are created. Explorer apps for restoring data can be SLOW. Just have to be patient with them parcing lots of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to backup all the MS 365 data that we want so we can restore accidentally, or intentionally, deleted data. Applies to email, onedrive, teams, and sharepoint.

Microsoft 365 Veeam Backup
What do you like best about the product?
We like the simplicity and protection that Veeam backup provides to our institution. Very easy to setup and allows flexibility of what gets backed up. We have used it in many different scenarios including accidental deletion to legal hold
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Does add a high cost to your subscription. If you environment is large then it does add a lot of overhead to the back up strategy. Running quarterly tests with a large environment takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Veeam backup to Mailboxes, OneDrives, and Sharepoint sites which include Teams sites as well. This has given us great piece of mind that our environment is safe and secure
Install, setup, and it works
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to install, set up, and get working the way we wanted it to work. Testing restores was easy to get working after a bit of trying. Would recommend it to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The restore took some time to get to work the way it should. after we got past that things were just fine.

This allows us to make the needed backups for the files and records we needed for the company.
