Easy VPN access
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, the interface is intuitive and simple to understand. I like the connection to Microsoft Authenticator on my iPhone, which allows me to easily get online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection time is sometimes slower than I would like, anywhere from 30-90 seconds. There are other times where I am forced to restart in order to get access to VPN.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily access network files from anywhere, which has increased my flexibility in working from home. Similarly, my colleagues can access files quickly and efficiently as well.

F5 Security Login - Pros and Cons
What do you like best about the product?
You can tell F5 is a very secure login application and offers multi-factor authentication. It is easy to know exactly what inputs you need to enter in in order to get into your intended system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the user interface of F5. It is antiquated and very text heavy. I feel F5 would benefit from doing user research or a re-design of their tool. Additionally, I feel other security platforms such as Duo have updated their security interface more and are gaining in more popularity (though I do acknowledge Duo is more of a MFA tool then an in-house security platform - I am just using this as an example)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
F5 solves security and VPN logins at my company. The platform allows me to sign in and access all the various Deloitte tools I need in order to do my job effeciently and effectively.
Secure and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
F5 Big IP client has been an amazing product being away from main centre miles away can access and work on files and tools easily and very smoothly. Easy troubleshooting and works with Microsoft Azure Key hand in hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Auto Connect feature is good, but when it disconnects or new session is required it doesn't give popup until you open the app and restart a new session. Atleast there needs to be a signal or status feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of accessing network links and files. Working on Citrix environment still smoothly with handling the bandwidth in such a great performance freaky way.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of logging into company VPN server with just few clicks
What do you dislike about the product?
Few times, I noted disconnectivity issue with F5 and had to notify internal IT service desk to troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use F5 to connect to company VPN.

it knows better when real product user sign in with their real account and AI capability to protect fraud transactions
What do you dislike about the product?
it is sometimes dificult to process the transaction while the user doesn't have an appropriate tool

it's more than just secured way to detect frauds ,and best way to have new real customer

Nothing to dislike, the overall product is good & provides comprehensive security controls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
