Okta
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is mainly used to verify the user's identity for authentication to access different applications within the organization. Okta initiates a push notification, or the users can authenticate their identity with the help of a passcode. It is also used for user provision and governance of tools, Identity and Access management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes a lag in the push notifications with the user's request, which tends to cause the user to access the application and opt for a passcode manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through okta, one can manage user profile settings like personal info, password, extra verification (includes RSA token, security questions and authenticators), secure image and display language. Also, one can manage their preferences for UI layout. Okta keeps the updates notified with its notifications, and users can never forget their recent activity as all the activities are maintained for reference.

I like the fact that I am the only person that can access the apps integrated or protected with Okta.

I do worry about loosing my phone and having a plan B to log into my information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security in my work information, which is a huge plus.
Works for basic purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Reliable way to have 2 factor authentication for your apps. There is also an app on your phone (Okta verity) so that if you didn't receive a push notification, you can enter the code given in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
After I approve the login from my phone, it takes a while for my browser to respond (compared to Google Duo or Google 2FA)

Iten powers identity for the internet special if you with an organization with high security standards,providing platform services with many potentials and supporting many packaged products
What do you dislike about the product?
The trouble is that set up took time and if you forget your password to okta you essentially lose access to everything because it is all connected and the verification ways are not that easy, even resting passwords takes long and you might need your IT to interfere for help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's due to it's ease of use and wide variety of features that it offers, it is a complete platform that gived you accessto you organization apps and by push the code needed to get into certain sites for my work.

What do you like best about the product?
Its incredibly simplified and all my softwares stay at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. May be they can include more features so that i can use it more than a store house.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps my system decluttered. I can access softwares from just one login.

The process of login in is not very noticeable.

When we want to apply for new apps, it doesn't have a list of available apps to check.

Associating apps(and I don't need to manage many accounts).
OKTA Review
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is very helpful in our daily work tasks. It contains all the software and apps that we use to book flights and communicate with clients. It is like a main domain that organizes all our work apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about okta. It looks straightforward and professional. I guess that's not bad, since the real purpose of okta is for business and for work management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I've mentioned above, okta helps a lot in organizing the apps that we use. Just by opening okta, we can access all the tools simultaneously. We can view and arrange tasks efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is easy to configure and implement. User-friendly to new employees who have never used Okta too! Requires minimal training to new users and it allows them to have less things to bookmark.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not really an Okta issue directly but it is definitely tied in to Okta. Many vendors require a more expensive plan (usually Enterprise plan) to use SAML. Enterprise plan for a lot of apps are very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop shop to log in to various apps. Security is definitely one of the key benefits as well as convenience for end-users.
This also helps us automate many onboarding and offboarding steps so it saves time.
