What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes troubleshooting logins is difficult to deal with.

It will group all your cloud products in one platform.
Easy Connection with Okta
What do you like best about the product?
This is the most trust worthy application I am using for making long term connections with my team so that they can have access to the various applications for delivering better customer services. Through this tool I am no more worried about any wrong sign in into any application. But it provides me single sign-on option by which it is very easy to get started with the everyday working and it also has reduced the complaints too as my team is enjoying the faster log in for the new apps even.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very technical tool and I faced some issues about making the authentication factor in working. Further the pricing policy is not suitable for new set ups and also the chrome plug-ins is difficult to manage usually. In addition no tutorial is provided so for the beginners it is not a user-friendly application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am happy from its quality services which also provides me multi factor authentication by which I feel more confident about the security issues. This is a great tool for us to work together for the mutual benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to secure your employees information and if you want to store the passwords, than I will recommend this tool it will reduce the risk factor and also you will be in a position to manage the technical issue through the help desk service.
Great homebase
What do you like best about the product?
It is great to have every application that you use in one place so you do not have to save many different bookmarks. It is also great that all of the apps that you use are already logged in or at least they have your passwords saved when you click into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Okta app on your phone will not save your log in credentials even though you select the save now button multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making a great homebase for all needed applications for all employees, making it very simple to use.
Okta keeps things secure
What do you like best about the product?
With the Okta platform you can keep everything (apps anyway) behind a secure system that lets only folks who are provisioned to see them, access to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if you are running late, it can be a little flustering having to login multiple times a day but its worth it for the security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Okta you can solve all the security issues you might have had by not keeping apps and data behind a wall.
Identity management and SSO that works
What do you like best about the product?
I like the many options and the fact that you can use it very simply and yet do very powerful things with it.
The API is extremely powerful and allowed us to automate many of our account management tasks.
The initial setup and training was nice to have to be quickly up and running.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really that is troublesome. The interface sometime can be tricky but the product is always evolving and a lot of UX has already been fixed and is now very usable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using okta to secure the services used by our company as well as internal tools thanks to SAML integrations. We are also using conditional access to restrict login on specific regions.
Our users mostly find it easy to use with Okta verify. Some were slower to adopt.
In general it is a huge step forward in terms of security and accountability.

A very solid SSO solution for corporate IT
What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of options to customize the login experience. Setting up new connections or apps is pretty darn easy. And the administration tools are intuitive enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how you configure your different apps, your users may be prompted to log in a lot, which gets frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO means easy access to corporate tools without sacrificing security.
One Click sign-in through all your apps.
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is an exceptionally adaptable platform for managing several aspects of personality to SaaS and on-premises applications. Okta is an excessively straightforward authentication arrangement from an end client point of view. You get the chance to single sign on to the vast majority of the apps you use, and it automatically stores your credentials and logs you on once you are authenticated through their portal. We have integrated Okta with a large portion of our apps. With MFA enabled, you have to download Okta app on your telephone and accept the push to login. SaaS Model, easy to arrangement and supports the most utilized applications from an access management and catalog integration viewpoint. The UI and capabilities are light years ahead of the opposition. I have never had any personal time, login, or 2FA issues with Okta. Our clients save minutes every day, not, at this point drearily composing and re-composing their catalog password.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to understand Okta documentation appropriately to integrate the appropriate security implementation. There is a colossal learning bend for this software. On the off chance, that any of your password escaped synchronize with Okta it will be somewhat hard to understand how to update the password on the off chance that you are not technically knowledgeable. Beneficiary client support is quite bad. I deal with a ton of merchants and this is probably the least favorite to have to call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is a great tool for Single Sign On. The single tick choice has made it easy to stay signed in to all necessary programs. While it is easy to administer, this comes at the expense of some customizability. Backing is moderate, and costs are high.
Secure set up
What do you like best about the product?
The process is user friendly. The set up is not very complex and adjustable based on what system you are setting up SSO for. Additionally it allows non SSO site passwords to be saved and offers users complex passwords as well. Offer Mobile SSO which is nice for management use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every system is linked to use them. Would like to see it pushed out to a wider spectrum of business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO log in securely to sites that are of business need. It helps with faster/safer log in for users.
Feature-rich IAM solution
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is a highly flexible platform for managing several aspects of identity to SaaS and on-premises applications. What I like best is the ability to combine these features (SSO, MFA, sign-on rules, custom attributes, provisioning, directory services) into a complete identity management solution. While we have not yet explored using Okta as our central directory service, it also has that capability.
Sign-on rules are customizable, allowing you to, say, enforce MFA for employees in certain groups, or connecting from certain (i.e. remote) locations.
Sign-on rules are customizable, allowing you to, say, enforce MFA for employees in certain groups, or connecting from certain (i.e. remote) locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. While Okta delivers great value and releases enhancements frequently, the service is costly (particularly for cost-conscious organizations, such as not-for-profit organizations).
And while the support experience is generally pretty good, they are sometimes hesitant to troubleshoot SAML integrations too deeply, citing the fact that SAML sign-on success is more dependent upon the target service's use of the SAML assertion.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity security is the biggest issue we're solving with Okta. In addition to security features such as single sign-on and multifactor authentication, we're realizing that Okta is also a convenient centralized portal to several integrated SaaS applications in our environment.
We are also protecting administrative logins and applications.
