Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like Crowd strike because it is easy to use, install, and manage. I wear many hats at my current company - including IT admin. Given that It isn't my role, it is nice that crowd strike does the heavy lifting for me regarding network security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to complain about regarding Crowdstrike Falcon Endpoint Protective Platform. It is easy to use, and the team over there made getting everything implemented a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage many users over an array of different devices. Crowd strike provides us with a universal antivirus platform that keeps everything safe. This has made the IT department more productive as they can now focus there energy on other things.

Great intuitive product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get installed, easy to use, great reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't experience anything that I disliked about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted deeper analysis of all our endpoints including potential malicious software, quick alerts and other items such as the status of patching on our endpoints which Crowdstrike provided
Smart AV with real people behind the screen
What do you like best about the product?
CrowdStrike is a smart AV that we can be deployed quickly via GPO or Script. It has been able to detect and alert us quickly when ever it has detected malware. Even with suspicious programs, it will quarantine and allow us to decide the next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crowdstrike times can seem a bit overwhelming when you are trying to decipher unknown programs and trying to decide which ones to allow or block. They have a great team that you can email and they will assist you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a Robust AV solution that did not require extensive training to use. Their engineers are very eager to assist with trying to solve any issues. This is helpful when you are trying to manage all of these issues with a small team.
CS Falcon has shown a great value to our company
What do you like best about the product?
I do not have much direct experience with CS Falcon, but I see that our infrastructure and JSOC teams find the tool very valuable. Security leadership also champions CS Falcon quite a bit. CS Falcon seems to have a high repetition within our security organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not experienced enough to have a strong opinion on what CS Falcon does not do well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CS Falcon has become an effective and lightweight endpoint solution covering multiple environments within our company. CS Falcon has also shown how reliable it is as a solution compared to our previous endpoint solution.
Crowdstrike is excellent value for the money
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdstrike allows us to completely outsource our endpoint device security - we gain access to highly qualified cyber agents that help address any cyber related instances on our equipment. If a cyber issue occurs, they are there assisting in quickly blocking and resolving the issue. In my experience, the response time has been better than they advertise. Easy to roll out, easy to manage and work with their staff to setup and apply a playbook for issues. All in all a great solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am struggling to find something I dislike. They do an excellent job and thus far have not really found anything to dislike. Every interaction has been smooth and professional, and no major issues since we were onboarded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With many other products, you have to constantly train your staff on the latest cyber trends and are constantly re-configuring setups to adapt to the new realities of being on the internet. With Crowdstrike, they include fully certified experts that watch over our systems 24x7 watching and hunting for threats and providing immediate remediation if issues are found. The 24x7 response is excellent as at some point, all IT Administrators need to get some sleep, and we can sleep better knowing that our systems are always being actively monitored.
Excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
I think that you can rely on CrowdStrike to protect your most valued asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we don't have an Interface that can be used locally in your computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that you can feel secure with Crowdstrike protection. It has good Support, it is transparent to the user, so nothing is bothering them, reminding them that they need to update.
Exceptional EDR solution for any need
What do you like best about the product?
Exceptional EDR product that offers many features to protect your environment. It's easy to manage, deploy and maintain the overall sanity of the system. Investigating / threat hunting is intuitive, and the number of false positives is relatively low.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the start, support was a bit slow for the Europe region - now they hired new teams in Europe, so that massively improved. It is tough to get CS support on a line to have a look at the actual problem. I liked the old navigation better; sometimes, navigating between all of those features is hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us confidence that our environment is being monitored and well-protected from all kinds of threats. Compared to a classical anti-virus that is signature-based, Crowdstrike is much more "intelligent" and knows how to react to the actual threat.
CrowdStrike EDR Reliability
What do you like best about the product?
We receive meaningful events on the platform for investigation. The events are detailed and well-structured. The remote connection option allows us to investigate events in realtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the latest types of attacks are complex and it is not always clear how to remediate those new malicious attacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us visibility on our end-points. The integrated nature of malware detection gives us full visibility.
CrowdStrike Falcon
What do you like best about the product?
The account team is so helpful and goes out of their way to help you. The product is pricy but pays for itself it has prevented attacks in our environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is, but if your organization/company can afford it, it is worth it. The complete team could be better as well (or don't recommend that add on)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Security and visibility into the environment. This benefits us because the Falcon agent instantly stops threats and attacks.

What do you like best about the product?
Crowdstrike Falcon Endpoint Protection is a robust platform that is easy to deploy at scale and provides many automation and orchestration capabilities. It leverages powerful machine-learning models and an unparalleled global sensor network in the industry. The Crowdstrike Overwatch team is a force multiplier for organizations. Training is delivered through Crowdstrike university with top-notch instructors who are knowledgeable and experienced in the field. The webinars offered by Crowdstrike to the community provide timely cyber situational awareness for organizational leaders. I highly recommend this product.
