Fabulous EDR Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdstrike Falcon was the best EDR tool we'd use in our company. So far it was really easy to understand and use. All the monthly reports were generated pretty well and the results were always accurate. We mainly used it for generating various spotlight reports as well for using dashboards were shared accross different BU's. By far this was simplest tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing to dislike. But major demerit was after the recent UI changes we found it little difficult to use instead of older UI. Rest all is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As i mentioned our main priority was for generating vulnerability reports, as well as for using dashboard. Our need was fully sastisfied.

Amazing EDR Tool With Best Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdstrike Falcon is one of the best EDR tools currently in market. It offers best in class functionalities like ODS, Threat Intelligence, Discovery, Spotlight Reports etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find any points for which i would dislike this tool. So my answer would be NA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EDR is our primary purpose for this tool. Host management has become very much easier. For fetching apps installed over endpoint and for finding systems which are behind on patches even we use this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Crowdstrike falcon EDR tool is best in market. It performs very well, and also the support team are always helpful in case you require anything. They keep on adding new features which makes give us more excitement for trying out the latest additions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some downside of tool in regards to the ODS for MacOS is not yet available due to which we need to be dependent on other 3rd party tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use for Crowdstrike is currently EDR. But I've also been using other features such as Spotlight reports, checking zero days etc.

The most helpful part of Crowdstrike is that I'm able to easily add or remove restrictions through the use of groups and policies.

Crowdstrike falcon endpoint protection platform user interface is not user friendly.
We can't see the agents which are utilising max internet data usage.

Crowdstrike falcon endpoint protection platform is helping us in servers malicious alerts, malicious activities, software installation verification, antivirus, etc.

Download was not delivered so was not able to try it. Looking elsewhere for a product with better processes and service.

Crowdstrike is a very useful tool at the same time there is nothing in Crowdstrike tool which I don't like.
However support team is helping very well in all the issues if there is any.

Crowdstrike Falcon is helping us in securing our organisation environment by detecting/preventing the threats/malwares/anomalies etc. Also, Crowdstrike is giving me option to create exclusions and new rules etc.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like Crowd strike because it is easy to use, install, and manage. I wear many hats at my current company - including IT admin. Given that It isn't my role, it is nice that crowd strike does the heavy lifting for me regarding network security.

I have nothing to complain about regarding Crowdstrike Falcon Endpoint Protective Platform. It is easy to use, and the team over there made getting everything implemented a breeze.

We manage many users over an array of different devices. Crowd strike provides us with a universal antivirus platform that keeps everything safe. This has made the IT department more productive as they can now focus there energy on other things.
