Messages in an instant

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to receive messages instantly and being able to use Macros is a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Images and other attachments somtimes take time to come through via Zendesk
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zendesk is making it easy to communicate with other customers via an instant messaging system. sometimes messages are pre-recorded (macros) , this saves time as you do not have to type messages all the time and messages are sent instantly to sellers

What do you like best about the product?
Zendesk is a very easy professional system to use and navigate as everything is laid out perfectly. We are able to send emails to colleagues and to our customers in a fast convenient way making our day-to-day tasks easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult sometimes to see the work I have done throughout the day. It is easy to navigate the system but I wish we had a counter for the work we have done for the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zendesk sends messages fast and everything is outlined perfectly in a way that you know which feature is where and you do not spend a lot of time doing one thing. everything is structured perfectly so it is easy to navigate and use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is, how it summarises conversations and I like how it easy it allows me to send automated emails, and how easy it is to edit anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it does not allow me to delete emails that have been sent already, since sometimes I have sent wrong emails by mistake or if I have made a spelling error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It summarises conversations and gives me answers to all questions that need staight forward answers too. Especially for documents team.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easier to send and receive email.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a system issue it takes some time to pick up the car registration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes life easy on call because you just type in car Registration number then you get all the information of the vehicle.

It helps me to forward various criteria, tickets, and tags & request certain information & assign it to other departments or individual users.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are no dislikes about fowarder for Zendex,it an helpful tool

-supporting the customers via live chat and emails
-solving tickets
-Making it easy to respond to the seller as quickly as possible to avoid taking too long to respond to the sellers

What do you like best about the product?
It is very efficient to use, we all have excess on it, very reliable and we can help all our customer's queries immediately and solve tickets with all queries avoiding delays in customer's journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can freeze and have some technical issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can solve all my customer's queries, customer's do not always need to call in if they need assistance they can send us an email and we can solve them immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
zendesk shows you when there is any communication from a client and the ticket shows as open when it needs to be worked on making sure you respond on time. It helps me track my tickets and daily communication with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's very simple and straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zendesk makes it easy to communicate notifies me whenever there are any internal responses, and reduces work over load. also groups all tickets together which makes it easy for tickets to be worked on.

What do you like best about the product?
ability to work my emails from the seller, the fact that I'm able to see when my clients have replied or communicated with me on previously sent messages

ability to merge on the ticket at once, ability to auto-solve side conversation ticket on dashboad

Forwarder Zendesk has helped us by minimizing workload and reducing unnecessary work for same tickets different ways sent

What do you like best about the product?
-I like that I can keep track of tickets- from those that need my urgent attention to those that are of low priority.
-I like that I can easily respond to incoming emails instantly.
-I like that it has a customer-friendly structure that makes customer support easy.
-I like that it has features that are easily adaptable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that I am unable to delete an email/response sent by mistake to an external person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forwarder for Zendesk solves work overload. It benefits me by notifying me of open tickets, pending tickets, solved tickets, and on-hold tickets. I get to be notified when there is an internal response instead of having to go and check if there have been any responses.
