It's been great, really allowed us to scale our multi-tenancy app.

Good for developers not for enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing comes to my mind as we have to deal with short comings of auth0 from day to day basis
What do you dislike about the product?
Rate limiting, rules for client credentials and so many issues with not able to access permissions in the rules, no token exchange support, no metrics and alerts of any type. No enterprise-grade features. UI search is so broke that we built cli to search our API's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User logins and machine to machine flows.
Authentication is better as we don't need to deal with login and security related activities.
Lacks Authorization related features.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to see customer details such as what operating system they're using, the location they're logging in from, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Are we able to display the website the customer is attempting to log in to? Rather than just the host name?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to impersonate a customer and see exactly what they're seeing on their end. I can see what issues they're running into and why (i.e. is it a browser issue? am i able to replicate their issue on my pc/mac? etc.)
Developer for enterprise implementation of auth0
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement and work with l, even we customisation is required

Documentation could be better. Having an auth0 contact has helped

What do you like best about the product?
Great for streamlining authentication and for implementing new social plugins
What do you dislike about the product?
The redirect is quite clunky and you need a paid version to really do anything meaningful

Auth0 has really helped me on my journey as a software engineer and making me to understand the concept of it all.

So easy to get up and running
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how easy it was to get started using Auth0 in my .Net Blazor application. Auth is such a pain in the neck in single page applications and Auth0 provides quality libraries and easy to follow instructions to get auth up and running and most importantly..out of your way :) The free plan is generous enough to get me off the ground with my new application without incurring any expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great if there were some kind of tool to show you exactly which features you are currently using and which might be unavailable when the free tier expires. At the same time, I don't believe I was using any non-free features...So maybe they do have that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to have identity in my .Net Blazor application. I wanted something that was easy to set up and secure. Out of the box Auth0 provided that for my tool. In addition, they offer extra features like user metadata and a customizable login screen which just add a cherry on top!
Startups can now statt easy
What do you like best about the product?
Love the examples available to get started. I am not a frontend developer but still I could validate my idea following the examples.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easier to test identity via postman collections using logins such as google, etc.
Can get a little costlier though as time goes by. Could support startups with more plans.
