What do you like best about the product?
The advanced features of Data bricks gives very effective solution for data analytics and data management. They have all features that we really need to manage the huge data. Quality of their services and easy integration make the my favorite platform for data management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really apricate their support team that always be their and provide quick reply on any query regarding our tool and integration. I never felt any bad experience yet won their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main important features that I am like in Data bricks is they are perfect for every niche and market and It can handle all types of data. They provide affordable and ease to implement on their services that manage all burden without getting delay on work.

Databricks is a great solution for data engineering and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love Databricks because it consolidates data engineering, machine learning and analytics into one and the feat of using collaborative notebooks also enables real-time and seamless teamwork in working between a data engineer working on data pipelines and a data scientist running various experiments. And it handles large-scale data quite easily and running complex SQL queries within seconds with no infrastructure related issues. Also it has some built-in governance tools like unity catalog which help me in managing data lineage and controlling access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Databricks can be quite overwhelming for beginners especially if they do not have a good grasp of sql and spark to begin with. And the pace of their updates, although is quite good, it tends to introduce breaking changes which can be a pain to keep up with. Also the pricing can get expensive at scale especially for teams that work with really big sets of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Databricks, we had disjointed processes, terribly slow data processing and no easy way to collaborate but now, we can integrate multiple data sources more easily and process big data in an efficient manner. Also this rapid development of machine learning models makes the infrastructure manageable for us and we save hundreds of hours with automation – not just in maintaining infrastructure but in thinking innovation first.

Data Integration from various sources like mongoDB, Postgres, ADLS, SFTP, SQL server, big query and etc as we get the data from mentioned sources and need to store in multiple data layer (raw data, flatten date, aggregated data) according to business, so its help in segregation based on catalog according to line of business use case.
And ETL (databricks workflow) provides lots of option for scheduling jobs in multiple way as per requirement.

Generally I am using multiple platforms for Data management and visualization but Data bricks have really great user interface and number of integration option that optimize the usages very well and provide best implementation of data insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the most their Analytical dashboard where I can analyze the data sets with different modules at once. They mention very optimistic templates for creating analyzing reports on quick responses.

Their are verities of services that manage all our need of data management very well and also gives satisfactory experience to our team. They provide best support and integration for managing data with very ease and effective manners.

Issue while using Assistant which makes high memory usage, Occasional issues with cluster start-up times and delays in job execution, Limits in serverless computes etc.,

Major problem like if we go for AWS data engineering everything is not much coupled and this problem has been resolved by databricks because of unified env

Working on Data bricks are really great experience for me and I really enjoyed their user friendly infrastructure that fulfil our all Data management requirement at one place. They have ease implementation process and best integration ever.

I am working on ETL and data governance with Data bricks and they supports very extreme and functional modules to complete the tasks.

In my opinion Data Bricks is the best choice for the Data scientist and similar user because they can handle all modules and stages at one place. Their reliable server quality gives fast processing and management services.

Their platform have power to handle huge data with very simple modules without any extra integrations. The services we are using from Data bricks gives freedom to handle data on every single steps.

Whenever we need to store data and analyze the data we use Data bricks analytical views for that and their really gives best insights from the data.

Mainly I used Data bricks only for warehousing and Data Analytics and really I have very satisfying experience with that. Their team reply quickly and solve the query om immediate basis if we have any. Overall, I recommend Data bricks with my social groups also for referring to use for data management.

Databricks is a tool that is constantly evolving. I really appreciate the number of features they release, and the fact that they are up to date. It's an everyday platform that adapts to all use cases and is easy to integrate. It's an all-in-one solution with ETL with warehouses, Python, Spark, Scala, machine learning, and GenAI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish they would update the documentation more, that there weren't so many changes in the API .
The release notes of the changes were better explained to us and that we would have time to address the changes.

With Unity Catalog we have been able to address many issues we had with the previous integration with Glue and AWS, now everything is simpler and we can have more granularity in our security and ease in our processes.

The most likelihood part about Data bricks is for me their user friendly data analytical user dashboards that gives really great user experience to visualize the data on multiple patterns without getting error.

They have lots of integration option that implement very effective result on data governance and data analyzing. The customer support team also are very quick and responsive to revert back with resolution.

Overall, They have Data warehouse, data analytical dashboard and data governance option at one platform. Data bricks make our work more smoother and easy to operate that gives more effective result to create insights from data.
