RocketChat expand the support channel to our customers (updated)
What do you like best about the product?
A Multichannel/OminChannel Support interface to receive customer contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical support is very slow, especially in urgent situations.. I updated this my review on november/2023, because I have a big problem: messages by dialog360 (meta) to my rocketchat is duplicated/triplacated randomly.. This problem already has more 1 month and not fixed by RocketChat Staff. I open a ticket but staff is very bad. I use Enteprise solution and had a poor support, I already searching for another solution and will cancel with rocketChat soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A better contact with our customers: via whatsapp, facebook, telegram and more (before my big problema and not have enterprise support)

Many things can be integrated and is easy to use.

There is only one webhook to integrate everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Atuo como desenvolvedor, e o que mais atraí é a liberdade de utilizar apis para fazer integrações personalizadas.
Atualmente, através das apis, realizamos integração personalizada do Whatsapp, Bot para Whatsapp com direcionamento para os Departamentos do Rocket.Chat, entre outras integrações que estão em andamento.
Outro ponto muito importante é o atendimento do suporte, que sempre onde a dúvidas, sempre nos retornam com sugestões.
Atualmente, através das apis, realizamos integração personalizada do Whatsapp, Bot para Whatsapp com direcionamento para os Departamentos do Rocket.Chat, entre outras integrações que estão em andamento.
Outro ponto muito importante é o atendimento do suporte, que sempre onde a dúvidas, sempre nos retornam com sugestões.

O preço é inacessível para pequenos clientes.
As conversas fechadas, não é possível excluir todas de uma única vez (pois cria-se muitas conversas para aprendizado e depois tem que excluir uma a uma).
Devido a ampla possibilidade de configurações, a curva de aprendizagem acaba sendo grande, pois até aprender onde altera as configurações, aprender a mexer, ocorre muitos erros e tem que refazer o processo.
As conversas fechadas, não é possível excluir todas de uma única vez (pois cria-se muitas conversas para aprendizado e depois tem que excluir uma a uma).
Devido a ampla possibilidade de configurações, a curva de aprendizagem acaba sendo grande, pois até aprender onde altera as configurações, aprender a mexer, ocorre muitos erros e tem que refazer o processo.

Integra meus diversos meios de contato (website, whatsapp, instagram, messenger), assim não perco lead independentemente por qual canal o cliente nos procura.

O rocket.chat é um canal muito fácil de utilizar. O porém, ainda utilizo a edição free, o que impacta na usabilidade

The interface is simple but for human assistance, visual bugs occur in some versions

Interacting with emojis and gifs in Channels is cool, the interface is simple

errors when sending files, problems with date, there are many permission configuration options that it is not clear what they will impact on access restrictions it is confusing

Support is very quick to respond.
A good platform but needs improvement in usability.
What do you like best about the product?
Versatility and customization. The strong point lies in the omnichannel configuration possibilities and the ease of integration with external systems, the app store is another strong point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of menus and submenus makes navigation confusing, even following the evolution of the product there is still a very large area to be explored in terms of usability. Another pain that needs to be improved is the point of communication with your support that often takes time. The permission system is a strong and weak point because as there is a large amount of permission, it becomes extremely difficult to customize.

We use the platform to perform the service in the transition from virtual to human service. Attendance audit and metrics monitoring.

I like the versatilidade and the varios features that Rocket Chat makes available to us, such as businesd hours settings, integration with other platforms, like Weni (which I work for).
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the documentation about the plataform should be better, more informative and clear.

The features providenciar by Rocket Chat help me a lot in everyday life.

Great experience with Rocket.Chat
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that with Rocket.Chat you have the option to use it on-premise or as SaaS, also the omnichannel features are outstanding compared to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of instant integrations as Slack offers, with Rocket.Chat you can integrate almost everything, but you have to deploy by yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows communication with coworkers and also customers thru the omnichannel funtionalitties, it is awesome to have both conversations at the same place.
The platform is easy to use.

Easy to use, intuitive platform and support is very good, it helps us to see the performance of the people who are using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the analytical menu, there can be a general comparison between departments. Avoiding selecting one by one to see the performance.

I can assess whether my company's chat bot is efficient, which conversations are circulating in rocket chat and thus we can improve our chat bot.
