What do you like best about the product?
That is simple yet powerful and extensible. That there is active development in it and that it seems to be ever extensible.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could look more at the competition and not only Slack, Rockechat needs to be top of the spear and define the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are improving their reporting suite and actively working on creating a comprehensible business experience that renders actionable results and enhances the business workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, ability to create, join, and leave channels, and quick start to team collaboration. All the features are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add. I really like using Rocket.chat!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having good communication with my team even during the pandemic years, when everything suddenly changed from in-person to remote.

Lo que mas me gusta es la posibilidad de realizar integraciones con distintas aplicaciones y la configuracion que ofrece es personalizable y se adapta a cada organizacion.
El manejo de usuarios con sus permisos y roles es muy bueno.
La conexion con aplicaciones externas.
Las estadisticas de uso.
What do you dislike about the product?
No me gusta cuando se producen errorres inesperados al realizar algun tipo de configuracion, se deberia tener un mejor manejo de exepciones, ya que los errores no son faciles de identificar.
La aplicacion mobile puede mejorar, sobre todo en su rendimiento, ya que no es muy fluida, y en su diseño tambien aplicaria mejoras.
No me agrada en cuanto a la experiencia por parte de los usuarios, la forma de escritura de los mensajes y su formato.

Rocket.Chat resuelve la forma de comunicarse entre empleados de la organizacion y clientes externos que dependen de la misma.
Con sus funcionalidades nos beneficia el rapido y facil acceso a la informacion relevante para la organizacion, a traves de los canales asociados con un bot e integracion de por medio.

What do you like best about the product?
A plataforma permite que o atendimento do ciente seja efetuado de forma rápida e dinâmica. A possibilidade de enviar audio e arquivos, além do texto, auxilia muito na interação.
What do you dislike about the product?
A plataforma as vezes parece instável, na parte de gravação de vídeo não efetuar a captura da tela do computador. Solicitação de comentários ao finalisar o atendimento. E também a impossibilidade dos atendidos de visualizem a resposta em dispositivos diferentes ao que solicitou o atendimento.

Esta pergunta fica um pocuo dificil de responder pois enfrentamos constantemente alguns desafios, sendo que é um pouco dificil identificar o quanto do sistema que estamos utilizando é da weni e o quanto é da Rocket.Chat

Very easy to use and good organization

What do you like best about the product?
I liked rocket chat for it's simplicity and the ability to create multiple channels to organize work topics. On my current job we use slack and I see very similar upsides on both of the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used to have temporary outages on our company's rocket chat. I don't know if it had to do with how it was hosted for us or something like that. From what I remember we didn't have voice chat at the time, so we had to rely on other tools like discord or Google meet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket chat helped us have fast communication between team member and a centralized place for all of our messages. That helps us move faster and also have a place where we can see the history of the development of the company.

What do you like best about the product?
It's like common interaction tool used in companies but the thing here is it's cheap in cost compared with other tools. Offers best solution

The UI of the rocket chat should be improved very much when I last used it 17 months ago the UI is bad and also the mobile application needs to be improve and right now I heard there a step ahed

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface and easy to operate.
Lots of settings and preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unstable in our large-scale monolithic environment.

We mainly used emails for our in-company communication. After introducing rocket.chat the amount of our communication increased rapidly because of the easy of use, especially from iPhone.

stability, agility in support when necessary.
Simple, intuitive dashboard.
Simplicity for API integration.

When not used via the WEB, the service requires a lot of desktop processing.
There is no dashboard to monitor the quality of care.

Internal communication between employees.

Great alternative to proprietary messengers

What do you like best about the product?
Roket Chat gives me everything I need from a messenger at work. Correspondence is well organized in threads. It is convenient to work with a group of employees using teams. There is a video call. The paid version has excellent integration with Active Directory, users, chats are synchronized with AD. Development is dynamic, many new features are added, developers listen to consumers and work individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small bugs that sometimes take a long time to fix. There are no some familiar features from other messengers, for example, select several messages and forward them to another chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between employees. Automation of tasks through bots and integration with other systems. Notification from third party systems. Scheduler.
