I had to switch in and out of email to use it so I often lost my place.

everyone works remote so I could easily reach out and consult with my co-workers.

Rocket.Chat is the perfect platform for remote team collaboration. You can integrate it with so many other applications, configure it however it works best for your company and its security focus is unique on the market!
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be a bit less intuitive for people who are used to other platforms. However, I can assure that after you get used to it, using Rocket.Chat will be absolutely worth it!

A hassle-free solution without the hassle of downloading of installing a mobile or web app. I just the conference by simply clicking a link. Presentation chats are moderated by the speaker who can directly chat with attendees.

It seems as if everything we needed is provided from live presentations to point channels to direct messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Open channels for employees to share their impressions and provide suggestions about the organization and any technical difficulties.

The best thing about Rocket.chat is iits greatly privacy and security. Even the developers of Rocket.chat cannot retrieve private information.

Nothing as such. I am pretty satisfied with Rocket.chat.

It's one of the best platform for networking with community. The problem its solving is with privacy and security and it helps me to keep my information safe.

Integrations on third-party systems. It is stable and has excellent documentation about the functionality's system. It has a great community that finds most of the solutions and possibilities of custom functions by Apps Engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not show the department's name in the "Queued Chats" (currently, it is necessary to click on the room to know the department), but this does not interfere with using rocket.chat.
