What do you like best about the product?

The feature to attach files and folders from either your desktop or from the drive is good.
Also, the use of emojis makes the conversations more expressive.

If there is an option to delete the messages sent before it's read by the other person, it'll be more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use rocket chat pretty much every day to chat with my colleagues as we all are working from home, it's a fast way to connect with others.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Rocket Chat has an easy-to-use app for phone use, as well as desktop use. I also like the ability to create "channels" - these groups are easy to add people to for specific projects. It has been very useful at my workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides to using Rocket Chat is that sometimes messages do not show up on my phone if I am away from my computer. It has been inconsistent at times, but eventually, they will show up on my phone. Some of the features have been harder to find on my own as well. For example, a group chat can get lost in the list of names on the left-hand side of the window, but if you "favorite" the group, it will show up at the top. This wasn't something that was obvious to me initially until I spent some time exploring the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket Chat is solving the problem of being away from my colleagues while working remotely. With Rocket Chat, we are now able to stay connected by having the ability to quickly send messages, documents, links, etc in an easy format. Even if we were working in an office together, we would still be using Rocket Chat daily. The video-sharing tool is also very helpful to be able to make a quick call and share screens.

Fast setup, clean onboarding and easy to fullfill. Main features are well displayed. Great support team, respond very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it have a lot of settings and customizations, these panel could be better organizated.

Rochet Chat organize chats between teams, create threads and organize the communication between coworkers in different subjects.
An excellent business communication solution
What do you like best about the product?
RocketChat was one of the best surprises I've had in the past year. This SaaS is cross-platform, easy to set up by the user, and you receive e-mail messages directed to you that you have not yet read. RocketChat can bring together the tools that already exist in other products in a very optimized way and with an excellent user interface both in the browser and in the Android app.
What do you dislike about the product?
RocketChat works very well. However, some collaborators use expressions like 'here' and 'all' too much, which generates excessive notifications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The work environment these days is too agile to send emails or make phone calls between your team members. RocketChat offers an agile and personalized solution that allows the creation of user channels and the sharing of messages and files between these users.

What do you like best about the product?
The price, but you get what you pay for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Service, Support Tickets and overall responsiveness. I have never been more dissatisfied with a company's support. I did a trial for the product and had some very basic questions and wanted to have our cloud hosted server's region changed. The ticket sat for a week with zero response and zero updates. If you have a sales question, they are quick to try and get your money. But if you need help, you're better off rubbing a lucky rabbits foot and hoping it fixes itself.

None, and I have realized why SLACK is so much better.

Rocket Chat Cloud (bronze Plan) is effortless to set up and provides granular control over a chat environment and the way a team can interact with one another. It's great. When it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rocket.Chat has a non-responsive customer service departments that refuses to work with paying customers. My rocket.chat server isn't communicating, and fails to send messages. I have three unanswered tickets raised with support dating back to December. All attempts to contact them via email, DM or even directly on social media have failed. They have seen the responses, as I replied to a tweet asking for someone to contact me and the result was that my reply was deleted. I have tried tweeting individual team members directly and am still yet to get a reply. I cannot fathom that a company that revolves around communication cannot be communicated with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketchat is the default software for communicating as a remote team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great chat app. But When things go wrong, you want a responsive customer support team. Rocket.Chat doesn't have that. In fact, it is the worst company I have ever dealt with in this regard.
An amazing messaging app for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Rocket.chat is easy to use and it's user interface is similar to another solutions in the market, making easy to new users to adapt to this tool. The possibility to add custom emoticons is controverse, but make the relationship with some providers/clients funnier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is difficult to visualize that someone answered you when the reply function is used and the content is not reproduced in the "general" chat. It really help to reduce the chat pollution but it can also make you lost some content, specially when the chat is full of messages not directed to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have constant contact with providers/clients without being too intrusive requires an SaaS like Rocket.chat. A Call or video conference for every minor problem impact negatively in the team productivity. So, chat systems like Rocket.chat can guarantee that everyone received the relevant messages while they still doing the daily activities without interruption.
