What do you like best about the product?
Maximo allows a business to take control of their operational processes and enables them to due key analytics on Assets to allow spend efficiency and proper asset planning for now and the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific that I dislike about Maximo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping clients solve their operational issues. General a savings of 10-20% of operational spend occurs.

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo has best practices built into the solution, while allowing the freedom to configure/tailor the product to a company's processes - this is configuration not customization
What do you dislike about the product?
Really not anything - maybe to have a stronger mobile offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenge of reducing downtime and collecting valuable information about my assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo has a wide range of features and capabilities, and allows for role based security that dynamically changes the end user UI based on permissions. Simple to use, and flexible enough for industry specific customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on requirements some add-on/bolt-ons might be required, and often times development is required for integration with other systems

Basic functionality, workflow and configurability is solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is complicated, and people usually make it more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for facilities management/maintenance requests. It makes it easy to see the status.

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo Inspections will provide a more efficient way for us to check conditions and open work orders in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can still be more user friendly, especially in the visual representation arena. our work force is young and used to look at slick apps and apple store products, we need to design the look to mirror those to make the tools in maximo easier for the users to accept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using inspections and maximo anywhere to track maintenance. Because we have better visibility to issues we get the attention needed to fix them immediately and encouragement and support to find long term solutions.

It facilitates an industry to track and monitor the revenue assets foir optimum performance and improved customer satisfaction with a realtime view of performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maximo is adetailed system which sucks more time for data entry. An automation to capture Audio recording and escalation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance scheduling and inventory management and labor monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how robust the Maximo solution that handles a lot of our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I don't like at this point. My journey with Maximo is in its infancy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking into implementing IOT solutions for predictive maintenance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it all possible, stay away from developing custom code.
