Good 2FA solution
What do you like best about the product?
The Duo software allows users to sign in using their phone or apple watch by selecting either approve or deny on the notification. That is a nice feature since most solutions require entering a six-digit code that changes every 30 seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the morning, when I get into the building, my phone is changing from cellular network to the office wifi. During that transition, my Duo push sometimes does not get delivered for over a minute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented the Duo 2FA to solve the issues regarding company network security. The benefits are that we now have 2FA, which does not seem to impact the users or cause much of an inconvenience to them compared to the large increase in security.

I feel safe using Duo for two factor authentication on websites.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are options when using Duo. You can decide to log in by sending a notification or call to a personal device like a phone or you can use a passcode to log in. This is really helpful when the notification is slow to send out, and a passcode can be faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duo is not able to recognize devices, so if you are logging in to a site using your phone rather than your regular device, which is more likely a computer, then duo still sends out the two-factor authentication to your phone. This is frustrating because it doesn't really make much sense and doesn't protect your accounts as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that you can deny access to a login attempt with the option to report the attempt. This mitigates issues with accidentally pressing deny as reports do not happen automatically.
Easy and great platform for 2FA
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to deploy and integrate with thirds, the cloud is very stable and the integration is easy to deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a llitle high, but maybe had been corrected, buy for user and capabilities is expensive if I want everything and a large company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
2FA, ensure login, secure access for apps cloud, integrate with physical tokens.
Best platform multi factor authentication and protection
What do you like best about the product?
Duo helps you feel more secure about the information you have on the internet, but it has problems and takes time to properly finish the authentication procedure, which is not available otherwise.
Duo Security gives the ability to interact with the most widely used identity platforms/providers, regardless of the technology or platform that is being used to incorporate multi-factor authentication. With biometric authentication enabled, using the app is really simple and convenient. It only takes one click to authorise your account.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's possible that the app may lose connection with the cloud, preventing authentication, or that the app will not get a push or a request. This can be challenging since there is no direct method to debug; instead, you must restart the procedure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our IT firm's clients were switched over. Although Duo is less expensive and easier to use, I believe RSA offers superior security.
The idea is to migrate to a more BeyondCorp-style paradigm in the future, where each application may utilise SAML instead of relying on Duo.

Duo Security Is A Good Idea
What do you like best about the product?
Duo Security makes an excellent product. It wants to make sure that you, the user, are you..therefore it can make a sense of security around what you are doing with your business every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight lag over VOIP when they call for verification. But knowing that you wait and follow the prompts and it goes through, and you can access what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that are being solved are that if I do not get the verification to move forward, then on the inverse there could be a security issue. The proof indicates all is good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient, especially if you are VOIP.
Great for Two Step Login
What do you like best about the product?
The Duo Secuirty's best feature is the two step login. It is quick to give the login instructions and give the information needed to login: phone call, text or push notification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the location seems to be extremely wrong if I'm not connected to Wi-Fi. I'm not sure if that's actually my phone or not...but I could be at home off of Wi-Fi and it'll say I'm trying to login across the country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an extra, small layer of security when logging into the university sensitive information is important. I don't have to worry about someone being able to just guess a password; they have to have my phone too with Duo Security on it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Duo Security is extremely easy to use as a two step identification method. It's simple to install onto a phone and only adds a fraction of time to the login process.
Review for Duo security
What do you like best about the product?
The great thing about Duo security is once we add the account, it provides us a 6-digit passcode to login. The passcode will automatically get refresh after a certain amount of mins. It provides the most wanted security to the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have a simple process to change the device you are using. Once we change our device it takes a long time to update our new device. The device updation should be made simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using duo security provides us dual security. We have to enter both password and passcode generated in the app to login in our account. Since the passcode gets refreshed after a certain amount of time, unauthorized users can't easily login.
Not the worst and Not the best, A neutral app for 2 step verification purposes.
What do you like best about the product?
Duo Mobile security is pretty good when coming to push notifications. The UI is better when compared to other applications. No need to open the app for the passcode all the time if push notifications are enabled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many. Duo security is worst in giving regular updates, their customer support team won't even respond. The app ratings on play store and App Store dropped way down. Many bugs and no backup options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo security helps in maintaining 2 step verification codes for higher security for our accounts like social media or personal email accounts etc. Every time we login we need to enter passcode from the duo app to proceed. So, no one can access our accounts except the owner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Duo helps us temporarily, I would suggest always make or take a backup alternative to duo.
Easy Access
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that it's easy to provide access to an end user quickly. I appreciate the option to send another enrollment or an update via SMS or an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot provide a dislike as of yet because I have not discovered any. I'm still learning the overall system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo is helping me to solve the problem of allowing end users to connect to the network through VPN. It allows me to be more productive, due to it's quickness of getting users in.
Helps Keep My Data Safe
What do you like best about the product?
I like the two-factor authentication so I know my data and files are safe at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tedious to get a code for logging in. Sometimes the text or call to verify does not come in right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had hackers access data before, and Duo has helped prevent that from happening again.
