Controlled and safe navigation
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to its tools of protection of the navigation that we have in the company it is much more safe, besides the internal managements of the application that allow to verify the web sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application has many tools to use and I believe that in order to do it correctly, something more than basic knowledge is needed to manage it perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virus attacks on web pages have been greatly reduced, thanks to the protection and early blocking of Open Dns Umbrella.

What do you like best about the product?
provides visibility to the protection of corporate security that offers maximum security, leaving behind malware or cyber attacks that are increasingly numerous and advanced but the advanced intelligence that Cisco Umbrella has protects that none of this can happen and we have this great platform for corporate security
What do you dislike about the product?
the initial configuration is quite complicated to know how to configure the program well to have knowledge in configuration of networks it costs a lot to know about how to learn how to manage it is of dedication and a lot of time, if you do not know enough about the configuration of networks it is better to leave it to a person who is professional in networks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit that this platform can have is basically the corporate security that offers a good price and great quality

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Open DNS has a great ease of access. There are a lot of things that I could go on about that are fantastic, but not enough time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is that I don't like the layout of the website.

Open DNS is providing our customers with a great and reliable service that is un-matched. It benefits everyone by having this amazing service readily available for our customers.
good effective security platform
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a good security that blocks malicious sites on the web before the connection is established, you can browse the normal web and if I enter a malicious site, Umbrella notifies before entering and if I enter it is my responsibility because DNS does very well his work and warns that I am accessing a site that may contain malware, phishing, offers security from the cloud

I do not like the appearance of the platform seems too boring and without any creativity everything looks and does not attract attention at all, I use the platform well but at the beginning I did not like to work it for the same thing that is so simple and I did not see it Nothing attractive and I have aconstumbrado to see it so simple but by my outside I would have put more color or something that would motivate me since I do not like the simple things

The company has always had security but with DNS Umbrella has been more effective security from the cloud and is easier to configure settings to control connections that can be fatal for the company I am at a time that I'm sure nothing bad will happen if has well active and configured DNS Umbrella

As a Cisco Umbrella client I can say that I love this security platform, to see all the internet activity in all locations, devices and users to know if you enter unwanted pages or pages that have nothing to do with the work , I also love that not only can security be put on the computer but also on other devices such as the mobile or tablet

I really can not say something I do not like it because I think it's a very intelligent platform that knows how to do its job well enough and that helps the company a lot for its security of data, information, files or documentation

What a difficult question, I have no bad answer for DNS Umbrella seems good and I will not write anything bad because the experience I've had with Umbrella has been very good has not failed me nothing I have nothing because complain.

The company is safe in the network we know that nothing bad will happen to us because we are protected by DNS Umbrella that takes care of the data and information of the company, it is good to have this type of software installed to take care of the network.

This is a very easy product to maintain. Compared to other alternatives this is one that we can setup and maintain with fairly limited time.

Not really many complaints. There are some features that we would like to see but it seems like they are working towards adding more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With cisco umbrella we are able to minimize the risk that our clients are exposed to. We have seen were first hand umbrella has stopped people from accessing sites that could have compromised their systems.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features is the ease of use. The whole setup was fairly easy to get going. They have very detailed documentation that helped as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have had some issues getting in touch with support. The time zone difference seems to put our responses in the middle of the night. Thankfully we haven't had many issues that needed support assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to effectively control the web traffic that we allow for our customers. We have been able to limit the amount of inappropriate content that minors are able to access at schools with this product.

What do you like best about the product?
The 14 days of testing that give to prove well how is the platform as it is handled and know more about them was what encouraged me to continue with them paying the monthly payment, I realized how good it is in both security and support .
I wanted to know how it worked but I was afraid that if I did not like it I had paid for something that was not going to make it necessary for that reason when I saw that they gave 14 free trial days I acquired it without thinking.

What do you dislike about the product?
I block applications because they seem risky and I prefer to block them but sometimes I do not know why they are unlocked and when I'm working is that I realize the applications I had blocked are no longer the same, this happened when I rebooted the system and I can not wait always if they are or not the applications that block, I think you will contact me with support to help me in my problem.

The application is very difficult to understand, has many menus that I could not understand with the passing of the days was learning more of the application but has a very ugly appearance that does not make you want to investigate and know how to use it well until I need it .
