Security and privacy on the same platform
What do you like best about the product?
Since we were open DNS we used this, to protect the network since the employees were connected to a page that always had viruses and that was not part of the work, it was detected that they were entering pages unwanted by the company.
Since then Umbrella has been the solution to block pages that should not enter and the security of the entire network.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really can not think of something bad that has happened to us in the company because of cisco umbrella everything has been good, I do not have to complain because any question I have I send ticket to the support and they immediately solve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The power to block pages that should not be used in the work is the problem solved because the employees in their free time entered pages with malware and this affected the computer and the internal network of the company

What do you like best about the product?
Cisco Umbrella is a great platform that protects the entire network of the company, prevents and acts against the malware it detects.
It is very light, it does not affect the system at all, it does not slow it down or something like that, it makes the network safe and you feel at ease when working because you know that nothing bad will affect the system.

What do you dislike about the product?
The support is pessimistic when I need help and I get in touch with them they are slow to respond, apart from being given an answer to something they do not ask.
They should train the support more because Cisco Umbrella is very good but the bad thing is the support that sometimes has no idea how to fix the problem I request.

I feel safe and calm that no malware will be in my system and it will give me some important file or slow down my computer is the biggest benefit I have since using Cisco Umbrella.

It is a very easy to use software that can be used on the computer, tablet, cell phone is very good because it protects all these devices that are very important.
The possibility of ponder this software in other devices apart from the reader is the best thing that they invented and thought not only the computer fills with malware the other devices also and nobody thinks about it as if they were not part of the work as well.

Initially when I started with DNS, it was difficult for me to know how it worked and everything I had about menus did not understand anything because the appearance of the page is very basic, which makes it lose and does not understand how the function really is.

Having cell phones free of malware is to be sure that some of the information of the company will not be filtered and will be safe on the person who speaks.

There are some times that Cisco Umbrella warns that it stopped and stops working so it's time to deactivate it and activate it again. I do not know if it will be an activation problem from the beginning that we are configuring badly.

Having to pay an additional value for having fast and effective telephone support does not seem to be so since that should be included in the package that one buys and should not be separately since if one buys you will always have doubts and will need support that responds quickly and accurately as it deserves the client in that case we were the ones we bought and although if they respond to normal support takes a bit.
