What do you like best about the product?
Sophisticated phishing simulation and security awareness training. easy-to-follow instructions is very helpful to understand the tech concepts. Also, easy to follow the manuals and tech guidelines becuase they are well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since, I'm a Barracuda followe, I never see any productwise features that is a dislike for me. Providing it's university acess to the barracuda lovers even they haven't any subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First thing is all the email related attacks were targetted to humans. Therefore by using Phishline, it was our front end guard who is priliminary avoiding most of the human errors by clicking phishing links sent by different email domains.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
First what are the human erros that we are seeing when hendling the organizational wide email usage. Then we created a GAP analysis when considering current solutions which is providing the email security for us. Then we focus about the expereince that we had with Barracuda and it's related professional services that we received when we requested their professional support and RMA processes.

What do you like best about the product?
That I'm always reported about phishing. Automatically direct training and testing. Make it easy to report suspicious emails. Testing good behaviors. You're constantly updated about any phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for now - nothing. I didn't have much experience with it. Good that no phishing happened with me. Otherwise i could share my experience. Maybe hadn't get much information, direct information about this G2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cannot so far recommend. Too less i used.

What do you like best about the product?
Protecting all forms of phishing emails everyday
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no downside with my past seven years managing the device

Filters every emails and blocks all phishing emails through
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommand Barracuda PhishLine as it is easy to setup, configure and most importantly it protects your company in phishing/spam emails

What do you like best about the product?
It about the mail archiving solution and the security of mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I didn't got any think about dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using mail archiveing solution to keep long term mail and secure. I feel very good solution to keep long term mail and recovery.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am using Barracuda mail archiver solution and i found it very useful, safe and good solution. I also like the support provided by the team

Phishline is a great application for training our users to be more aware of email scams

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda Phishline was very helpful in identifying the problem areas in our staff. The reporting help raise managements awareness. The attached training help guarantee that the users that needed it would receive it. Phishline's usefulness I would give a 10 out of 10
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation of the application could be greatly improved upon. I also found the setup documentation to be lacking. Barracuda Support while very helpful and willing to work with you, this application seems new to them and their ability to solve an issue is lengthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main purpose for using Phishline was to reduce the amount of times our users accept and open Phishing emails. Emails from Support and executives were not cutting it. Phishline helped us identify problem users and to provide training to them directly. It has helped us immensely!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Phishline to everyone but just be aware the navigation needs some work and the support staff (who are fantastic and great to work with) seem to need more training in the application.
