Excellent platform. Fantastic team. The future of compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
Drata consolidates all of the key elements of SOC2. It instantly connects with all of our core technology stack. It provides instant insights into the state of audits and controls. It gives our customers real-time visibility into how we are actually doing from a security and compliance perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't have any complaints. The product and their implementation team have been fantastic on every level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Drata to consolidate controls and accelerate the SOC2 auditing process. We are also using them to help provide visibility into our security and auditing processes for our end users

Drata was easy to deploy and understand while getting us compliant
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to navigate and walks you through the process. From the point of signing up, you will be guided through each step of the initial setup. This flow is very helpful to those who are not compliance experts. We fell into the category of non-experts and did need to ask questions on a few items, when we did ask questions, the customer support was quick to respond and provided all the help we needed. We are very impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have any dislikes at this time. We have had a great experience with no disappointments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are striving for SOCII compliance and improving our overall company compliance management program. Using Drata minimizes many manual activities so we can focus that new availability on efforts to improve policies and processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We looked at several Drata competitors, we feel Drata offers a great product at a great price. We are happy with our decision and would recommend Drata to others without hesitation.
Drata - the modern and efficient way to achieving SOC 2
What do you like best about the product?
After lots of research and due diligence with competing products in the space, Drata is the clear winner adopting modern patterns and streamlining the path towards SOC 2. The product scales well along a company's journey and is now an essential tool for hardening security. Onboarding was efficient!

It took a while to discover Drata online, but I'm sure more companies will see and write about Drata being best-of-breed in their category.

Drata is eating traditional SOC 2 readiness with button clicks. Your auditor will love you.

Nothing. This is a revolutionary tool for businesses.

Closing gaps, coming into compliance, bringing our organization to new levels of trust and stability.
Well-designed platform and amazing support makes a normally Herculean task feel achievable.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the experience so far has been the partnership with Drata's team. Feels like I am being guided by experts who understand this process inside and out, and that's a huge relief.
The platform itself is thoughtfully designed, and I get the sense that my feedback on their product is genuinely valued. Between the status dashboard with active monitoring (that feels understandable and actionable) and the consistently helpful answers and support from Drata's people, I feel confident owning this process on behalf of my team.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything yet. The SOC2 process itself is demanding but it's clear to me that it would be a significantly harder process without Drata.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 is the ultimate goal, and that will help with our sales conversations, but it's also peace of mind for the team internally to have expert guidance as we implement safeguards that are critically important to our business.

Achieve SOC 2 compliance. We are able to do this at much faster with Drata.
Easy SOC2 Preparation and Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Great support and easy to use interface which is perfect for beginners. Drata is the easiest solution to go from zero to being ready for SOC2 for a small startup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only SOC2 compliance for now and no support for other compliance frameworks. The security program that Drata recommends is harder to customize for existing security programs or more complex use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup that is new to SOC2 compliance, we found the individual tests provided by Drata and explanations to address them very easy to follow and setup. Furthermore, the recommendations provided by Drata to achieve SOC2 compliance are sensible to adopt and didn't require our organization make large changes to existing procedures. Without an extensive background in security, we were able to figure out what we needed to do from the generated SOC2 policies, support resources, and automated tests. Finally, we have high confidence that we are staying in compliance over the course of the year for our SOC2 Type 2 audit since Drata is continuously evaluating our configuration every night.

What do you like best about the product?
Really like how they're productizing compliance and security, which makes it easier for startups like ours to focus on what matters to our business.
The whole team is hands on and have been super helpful and supportive. They've even helped out with marketing collateral so we can communicate our SOC 2 compliance accurately to our customers.
I've recommended Drata often to other startups and companies in general looking to streamline compliance and security.

Drata - the leader in SOC2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I had been a customer of another compliance automation platform for a couple of years. When I first heard about Drata, I was hesitant to switch, but heard great things and knew there had to be a better solution out there than what we were using. From the initial demo, I thought “Wow, this is what I’ve been looking for.” With the other platform, I’d wake up to so many failed control tests that weren’t actually real failures - the false negatives gave me fatigue and I never received much help from their support email. With Drata, the tests are so well designed that I trust when it says we have a gap and then we use their recommendations to take action and be more secure and compliant. Drata’s Customer Success team is world-class, I can see why other companies I talked to recommended them so much. If I had to quantify it, I'm noticing 85%+ automation using Drata while going through our SOC 2 journey, far more than what we’ve seen out there, and according to our auditor more than they’ve seen anywhere else. Drata really went deep with their native integrations, which made me realize not all integrations are equal.

Really nothing as it has been a rock solid experience on all fronts.
