Initially overwhelming but easy to use and easy to set up. Great product.
What do you like best about the product?
Policies are easy to change and quick to take effect. Also the policy options are quite extensive, so lots of options ot play wiith.
Users are easily added and edited.

What do you dislike about the product?
Software has caused occasional glitches where users either are logged out, forced out of kiosk mode or I even had one user fully de-register from Maas360.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compartmentalising the phone has been a brilliant tool, giving user only what they need to work with no distractions. Also obviously any changes to this can be altered simply, quickly and remotely.

Powerful functionality
What do you like best about the product?
MaaS360 gives a huge amount of control meaning there is no chance of end users downloading restricted items etc. It also gives - from a compliance viewpoint - control of our devices
What do you dislike about the product?
I do sometimes feel the interface is not intuitive - with complexity comes difficulty to locate functions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing random downloads of apps (particularly games) from end-uers. Ensuring devices are assigned to specific users - and with it - email accounts are automatically set up
Great way to manage devices and applications
What do you like best about the product?
The easy deployment in the portal for users
What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost too many features!!! We are used to not having something this nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep up with inventory of our devices (laptops) for the company and we are able to keep up with patching and monitoring.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research at first. It is a great product. It is a little costly, but in the end it is worth it. We are a startup company and it is a great way for us to keep up with our inventory and making sure that our laptops are up to date with the latest security updates and patches.

Set up can be lengthy and confusing. Need IT to provide instructions.

Being able to respond fast to clients and am always accessible.

Sometimes it takes an act of congress to get devices to pick up policy changes or app updates.

Web browsing and email management on mobile devices.

MaaS360 is a quality MDM. It has issues just like other MDMs, but support is attentive and fixes issues quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a reliable system that allows you to set up your email and communications services across several devices. Makes easier for everyone who keep in touch and share the information in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's very difficult to connect it with other operative systems beside windows, such iOS (installing it on iPhone, for example)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting different departments and levels of the same company with the added benefit of having the services in several devices at the same time.

IBM MaaS360
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tool to keep track of our devices, locked them out in case they are stolen/misplaced. Another pretty good feature is that we can distribute applications/OS patches which make our lives easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Struggled a little bit when setting up the Enterprise App for MacOS since the user manual didn't specify that we need to open the Apps Packager instead to finish the set up, once the CA was installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to track our devices. Great to tool to get easy reports of applications installed, versions, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that MaaS360 provides a holistic platform for marketing automation workflows, including file storage, project management and overall organization. I use the app too on my phone, which allows me to access email and calendar as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use MaaS on a daily basis for marketing workflow, and generally dislike the confusing interface, slow speed and tendency to crash while in the middle of work. The system is extremely outdated and needs some major upgrades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaaS360 allows for a necessary Marketing Automation workflow where creative files can be pushed to the various stakeholders as needed for approval, and final files are stored for reference and source control.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend some training before attempting to learn this product, as it’s not necessarily intuitive.
Lack recovery plan and very, very lethargic support.

Features. The additional control of each device. Android and IOS support
What do you dislike about the product?
Terrible service. Maas360 put us out of business. We've been down nearly 2 weeks. Prior to Maas360, we used JAMF. Never an unscheduled outage.
