I've had a good experience using IBM MaaS360 to manage devices
What do you like best about the product?
IBM MaaS360 is a user-friendly which simplifies device management with features like remote control, app management, and strong security. Also it supports for various devices make it a great choice for businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM MaaS360 is quite complicated and complex. Also there can be seen bugs while managing large numbers of devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to solve managing multiple devices across different platforms

Streamlined device management with easy IT Ops team

Sometimes, our IT dept felt that it may be a bit of complex Setup for Small Organizations or smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my team and company, I really like that feature of Comprehensive Mobile Device Management, as many of my team members are working remotely and traveling often with using mobile devices, at airport or restaurants.

What do you like best about the product?
I am really impressed by the platform advanced threat detection capabilities and how the real-time notifications has enabled us to address security risks quickly and effectively. Also, the containerization feature is also an exceptional game-changer for our remote workforce, ensuring sensitive business data remains protected on personal devices while maintaining compilance.

The reporting tools could benefit from greater flexiability and customization options to allow for more tailored insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Does the work perfectly. I was in search for the security suite for a long while and decided to give IBM Security MaaS360 a try and it proved to be completely worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be a bit difficult to get onboarded for new people who're just getting started to use security suites. If you're an advanced user it should be a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've secured a lot of API endpoints using this suite and potentially reduced a lot of attacks on our open APIs
Great solution for endpoint security with easy to use interface
What do you like best about the product?
While using the IBM MaaS360, I have experienced that it has been a very good tool for detecting endpoint threats and prevent lateral movement at the early stages. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. There are frequent updates and patches to keep the tool updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the customer support can be more faster and the deployment process can be further streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It successfully solves both our requirements related to endpoint management as well as malware detection and response for our endpoint devices. It provides vast functionality for which we had to use multiple tools earlier.

What do you like best about the product?
best ease of use solution, implemantation is easy for a medium knowledge guy, customer support is quick responsive, currently using twice a week, it has a good number of features, easy of integration with 3rd party tools

a lil bit tricky for new users, performance issue also there.

the true definition of MDM
What do you like best about the product?
the true MDM solution, that is ease of use, customer support is phenomenal, ease of integration is there, implementation is not that hard, I'm using it on the frequency of everyday, it has alot of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Policy making and management is not for beginners, you have to be trained in MD solutions for managing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MDM solution is necessary of every business because users are very smart nowdays, they can leak data on different-different channels, you can prevent this by deployiong the correct policy.
