best asset management software
What do you like best about the product?
IBM Maximo is the most efficient asset management software you can even track all your assets easily you can easily enter different assets into the database and one thing I can say is it increases the efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used different asset management software before personally I found IBM Maximo most efficient for me so honestly i don't find anything to dislike about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to deal with large numbers of assets and i need to enter them in the system database I found IBM Maximo best for it and it benefits me with the efficiency it provides.

What do you like best about the product?
The way IBM manage assets and guide us how to use resource properly and proper planing. Work order management is most valuable feature of the IBM Maximo. One of the best in market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IBM maximo not work with throughout life cycle so this is disadvantage of IBM Maximo. Please focus on this things. Overall performance is good and new features can be implemented.

I have been looking for a platform that combines all the functionality of asset management, predictive maintenance, and monitoring in one place. IBM Maximo Application Suite is perfect for not just companies but also individuals who need to track their assets.

I am very happy with this product, it has helped me to make sure that my equipment is always running well and has been a great way for me to keep track of my assets. I have a small business and I know that I can't afford to let things go for a long time, so this software has been a great tool for me to keep track of my assets and to make sure that I know when something is wrong.

IBM Maxino best part is while receiving service request you can recived related work orderat same time and can route to PDA of technicians for further handling.

once any task closed in system there is no any option to edit any comments or reopen the task and closed which can allow to enter any miss data.

I am using IBM Maxino to monitor on site service requestcreated by client. Monitoring soft and hard services. It's best software to use in easy steps and can be download required data in excel and PDF files.

I love that you're paying less for Maximo as your company grows by moving to the new Maximo Dedicated Cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) pricing model. It enables you to pay only for what you use, including any additional modules such as Asset Accounting and Contract Lifecycle Management used alongside the core asset management solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I don't like about IBM Maximo. The main one is the installation. It's not very straightforward and can be a huge waste of time, especially when I feel like I'm an expert on learning new systems - but no, apparently there are still challenges to face that hasn't become second nature to me yet. To make matters even worse, the project managers who aren't as tech-savvy as me get sidetracked since this process requires someone with expertise in order to set it all up initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a lot that an organization can benefit from when it comes to the Maximo application by IBM. One of these things is their option for safety. The program for example can provide analytics on incident data and help workers get out of harm’s way from dangerous situations in work zones. The software also makes it easier to deploy hybrid cloud solutions and be more efficiently put into use across geographical areas no matter how big or small they may be.

We if search a record of dp but some time we have to wait for our records because it will be slow and once you check you have to wait for few minutes

Maximo is a very useful business enterprise asset management software helping organizations greatly.

I love how we can customize the inventory module and how much information can be incorporated into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the PR module, site-specific requisitions can be formed but multiple sites can not be consolidated in one PR.

We are managing our entire inventory through maximo and it has helped us maintain it in a very comprehensive organized manner.
IBM Maximo is an excellent tool that ease in managing materials, inventory and contracts..

It requires connecting VPN while WFH and sometimes hanging issues
