Excellent product; excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not a large corporation, but instead a residential householder, but with around 300 devices at home. I've been using Domotz for around 10 years ago and it never lets me down. It tells me when devices have gone down or up, never crashes, and just does the job it's designed to do. Couldn't reccomend enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if they could link this to Control4 systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Residential home with extensive home control features (Control4) - lets me know if important devices have crashed etc.

Best Remote Monitoring Platform on the Market!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup, intuitive layout and customizable alerts. Domotz has far more diagnotic tools than other monitoring platforms and their customer service is fantastic with quick response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every feature that I've requested in the past has been implemented, so at this point there's nothing I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerts on issues that need to be addressed without the need for a truck roll.

As an MSP we utilize Domotz to discover and monitor customer infrastructure. Domotz has made it so easy to do this for us. We have a quick deployment that saves us and our customers cost, while providing integration for alerts, ticketing, and monitoring tools. They value their partners and are always willing to engage.

When we have had techincal questions, Domotz support has been there quickly and promptly to resolve the issues.

Domotz helps me to immediately identify new devices on my network

Sometimes, it takes a bit for new devices to be picked up. And multiple NIC's are more challenging to configure correctly. But otherwise, it is simple!

I used to have devices drop off my network and I wouldn't realize it. Now, I get real-time emails and notifications through the app.

It can seem expensive for some our sites that we monitor. However, it's miles ahead of free alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing devices fall offline before our clients do. We can then get on the front foot and service our clients, sometimes before they even notice.
Domotz is an easy to use full-featured network and server monitoring system
What do you like best about the product?
Domotz is easy to install and use. It offers a well-structured user interface and everything you need to monitor your network. The integration with a lot of hardware like Ubiquiti is an additional advantage. Also, you can remotely connect to your devices from everywhere.

I could not find anything I disliked about Domotz.

The best service for remote control of objects
What do you like best about the product?
We are an integrator company. For all projects, we almost constantly need monitoring of connected equipment. Previously, we used the usual methods of remote access. Now we have tried the Domotz service for the first time. It's just perfect. Not only is it easy to install, integrate and configure. Also it has a very user-friendly interface, so you can also give the customer access to some part so that he also sees the situation. Many features for monitoring. And the support is simply the best. They answer quickly, solve questions without endless approvals and letting in a circle.

All is fine. I can't even minimally note anything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When a customer says that he has problems with the network or the operation of some equipment, it turns out very quickly to understand the problem and solve it. It is also much easier and faster to make corrections and additions to the hardware settings
An essential tool for rapid notifications of infrastructure problems
What do you like best about the product?
I have the Domotz app installed on iOS and get notifications when parts of my infrastructure down. They come through within seconds, so I often know about issues before my users report them. Root cause analysis is simple using the device list in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monitoring dashboards are only available on the Domotz Desktop and web apps. I can see the reason for this though - this type of detail is best suited for a bigger screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly isolate issues and see which parts of the infrastructure are affected. The filtering is powerful and has quickly leads me to the root cause.
