Been using Cloud-to-Cloud for years and it's awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
It's nearly set it and forget it - just what a busy admin needs to keep things running smoothly. Super easy to set up and support is awesome if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have a dislike about it. It's been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making 365 a breeze to keep backed up and restores are quick and easy.

Cloud to Cloud Backup Review
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the simplicty of the system. It works well and is easy to restore and backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is when you are doing a restore job, it does not update you with any progress. You see that it is restoring and then when it is done. But you don't get a progress bar along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can backup my entire m365 suite including my Entra ID. I can set this to happen frequently and the success with this backup tool has been outstanding.
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup was just what our business needed.
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is amazing. They have helped me understand everything that our Barracuda Clou-to-Cloud Backup has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much that I dislike about Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.

Battacuda has helo us backup our documents. We know we are coverd if we have a fire, theft, exc...
Worth it just to offset cloud storage backup costs
What do you like best about the product?
Once its integrated with the tennant, it seems to be set it and forget it. Have spot checked and been able to recover emails, and also find sharepoint files created from the very first backup. Now the new released Entra backup should be helpful too. Havent needed it yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not aware of there being an alert option for failures. There may be one but currently not enabled that i'm aware of.

Backup Costs.

The UI is very user friendly and the process to backup and restore is easy

Barracuda C2C Backup Review
What do you like best about the product?
Office 365 to Safe Backup place. If something happens to MS 365 i can recover my files. Unlimited backup place is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be faster and have more specifications like onenote files, ms 365 exchange admin center settings like mail rules etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup is a problem when using Office 365 and it solved it better than any other. Unlimited space is very good.
Quick setup simple solution
What do you like best about the product?
I find bBarracuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup to be user friendly. The setup was simple and quick. It supports email, Sharepoint, Teams, and OneDrive. The intergration took only minutes to complete. The few times I have contacted technical support they have been responcive and answered questions with in the first contact.
We are able to see the the backups with ease. I do check it routinely but never had an issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I find least helpful about the Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup is finding a single file. This is specificly a problem when looking for a specific file on the most recent version when some one deleted it and doesn't know when. A search box that lists top x instances would be benificial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barraccuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup assured that our email was never lost do to a potential problem at Microsoft.
Works as described
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup and ease of use. There's very little work required to get things up and running. Daily reports let you know that thing are running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many options for customization which can feel limiting, but it's also the reason it's so easy to manage and use.

Backup of Microsoft 365 and Azure EntraID content.

Works Great. Backups run allm the time without concern. Ease of integration, ease of use

Restoration of teams files is a little tricky as drilling as it takes a little drilling to find the right files

The need for cloud only backups. Enabling us to securely backup our systems

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it was to setup and configure backup schedules. The dashboard is also easy to use and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything we dislike as of yet.

We never had a cloud backup system for 365 and sharepoint so this solved our needs for a backup solution
