What do you like best about the product?
we can take backups of O365, One Drive, share point, Online emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Still there is nothing which i can explain here regards dislike of barracuda
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my past organization, we were taking backups of our entire O365, share point, one drive from Ms clout to barracuda cloud network

Easy to use if you have the experience

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to back thing up such as office 365 exchange, teams, and etc. Makes the process of transfer a lot easier for everyone and my teams! Haven't had the change to compare, besides using share drives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet that I don't like about this product. I'd say so far it's working great for us and hopefully load speeds, and maybe more features or improvement of ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help solve our ability to do data transfer especially during pc refreshes. Being able to quickly back up and transfer really allows us to keep things moving.

it should have direct integration with aws as well.

DRS is the problem that can be resolved with cloud to cloud backup.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't need to spend much time maintaining the backup. You set it up and it does what it needs to do. We nearly lost 200GB of exchange data because of corruption on Microsoft 365. Now we don't have to worry about a potential loss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Restoring is not as easy as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recovery of corrupted data. Transfer of OneDrive data to new user.
