What do you like best about the product?
You can manage your day to day work orders in an efficient and effective manner. Work order tracking, inventory management, purchasing module all are exteremly easy to access and use. It gives me freedom to create any customizeable query that i want in any of the module. Reports are available readily for each and every module that is present in Maximo and that in my opinion is one of the best aspect which gives it advantage over other CMMS's.
What do you dislike about the product?
While having a lot of upsides, one thing that in my opinion can be improved is the loading time between different modules, not it is very long, but again even more speedy switchability can benefit the user even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximo helps me in my day to day activities like Purchase requisitions, Work orders handling, keeping track of my assest and all the maintenance activities that my team performs.

especially when we work in the logistic field it helps a lot

there is nothing bad about maximo as i have been using thsi for 3 yesra in the past and i was enjoying lot to using as i was able to get all the required data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as far as i know we can get everything data that we want and its more important in logistics and supply chain that when we deal with vendors and stock management.

I'd suggest to use this to every organazation

What do you like best about the product?
Best Aseet Management system because of its user friendly interface

It is the best asset management platform, there is nothing bad so far about maximo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to plan out and execute my day to day jobs. It helps me to maintain my inventory levels. It helps me to check and update back log of work orders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the most easy and complete software to use for asset management system.
We are tracking the business KPIs set by our leadership. By achieving these KPIs overall cost and employee work performance is improving which is the goal of the company i-e cost control and lean management.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrated modules in maximo helps the user to utilize maximum features in minimum amount of time. Tools being used by me are Work orders tracking, procurement, Preventive maintenance etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is sometime anoying is auto logged out feature. while using any module or writing a detailed reporting, if it gets logged out, all writing disappers. so this feature should be disabled or auto saving should be enabled.
I have used another CMMS software where there was a feature of auto PR in procurement if the stock reaches minimum level. I think this feature is missing.
Another feature can be added, if a user raises emergency PR, email should be automatically floated to management for approval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CMMS utlization is for maintenance records, procurement, store, stocks etc

Inventory Management and Maintenance Activities proactive and reactive planings.
Work orders tracking and asset managements.
As compared to its maret competitiors it is very easy to get proefficient at.
What do you dislike about the product?
user interface can be slightly upgraded / modernized.
Apart from that, its practical implementation is outstanding.

At our O&M power plant we use it for:
1) Purchase Requisitions/ Purchase Orders
2) Work Order Tracking

4) Asset Management

What do you like best about the product?
Its an asset management tool. Interface is super friendly to use. Deployment is not rocket science of maximo. Customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally felt maximo can improve in the area where we feel the need to handle big amount of data. This is subjective opinion and can vary from person to person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident tracking, multiple project activities tracking, analytics are super convenient and helpful.
