What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about IBM Security Guardium Insights is data protection features such as data masking, encryption, and redaction to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
The upside of using it is flexible deployment options.

The main issue is massive overhead over IT infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
It was a great tool for my company to use for data security and compliance needs. It was the first tool that we tried using for these types of problems and can say the experience was overall positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support seems to be lacking when compared to competitors and also it is not the cheapest in terms of pricepoint. System navigation is not a problem but it feels like it can be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does exactly what the tool states it does which is data security and compliance needs. I was happy when using it and can reccommend it if there were no other competitors.

I enjoy the data security the most. It is modern, safe, and easy to use.

It feels a bit to simple to me. It could be a bit more interesting to see a more complex database being implemented.

Since it is a huge solutions which provides many features, some functionalities might lag in some cases.
I have noticed that in some cases report generation takes time and that can be a bad user experience. Also, licensing related information needs to be made for accessible and readily available.

IBM Security Guardium is solving a variety of problems. Some of which are listed below -
1. Complete database acitivity monitoring.
2. Data encryption system.
3. Lifecycle management of keys.
4. Assessment of threats and all kind of vulnerabilities across all domains.
5. Complete coverage of all the data that resides in different storage system.

What do you like best about the product?
the most helpful thing about IBM security Guardium insights is that is helps you understand any potential risks. The best thing about this is that you can tackle a security threat before it gets worse.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of IBM Security insights is that you may create a false sense of security when things might get overlooked. More regulation as a company to not rely only IBM for security measures entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed to see potential security risks to the company before they become an issue. It detect suspicious activity before we can and that allows me to do my job more efficiently.
