What do you like best about the product?
The integration it provides with different levels of application, the various options, it's effective answer giving capability abd much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now nothing to dislike, but UI can be improved

IBM watson made obtaining insights easier.
What do you like best about the product?
It's quite easy to use and offers insights with the help of NLP, All you have to do is provide data which can also be instructed, it will analysis the data and provide valuable insights and saves a lot of time for analysis. Overall it's perfect solution to do data analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall experience is quite good but they should also include AI based models to offer data which is not even provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of natural language processing, IBM watson is helping it's users to extract valuable information from data that is provided to it, it is helping our research team to generate insights report in no time and utilise it to do data analytics.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Comparatively costly. At an age where open source models can be used to achieve more than decent performance in the tasks for which IBM watson discovery is used, it is not clear why someone will like to shell out some money for this.
- Apart from basic aspects about text data such as sentiments and entities, other use cases might not be clear for a no-code user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approaches such as RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) is used to leverage the benefits of LLM in existing workflows. One such use cases is quickly organize the unstructured text data and query the resultant data to gain insights - for this IBM Watson Discovery can act as the playground to realise what improvements to expect if a LLM is used.

The flexibility it provides to feed anykind of unstructured data also provides it with fast speed with lot of custom options

I believe it's a very great tool, but somewhere we can use a bit of extra help like we should be able to change the degree of randomness.

It's giving us a platform for all kind of data to be inserted without having a thought kf getting it changed from one form to another...its so cool to use it as a primary tool for enterprise level.

Very steep learning curve. Ease of use is okay, but could be easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It is my go to tool for analysing large amounts of targetted data from docs that are essential to my day to day tasks. I even cross checked the accuracy and it turned out to be absolutely precise

It becomes a bit slow, while processing very large content documents

The tools gives a very precise data solution with minimum scope of human error, unlike manual efforts which consumes a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Watson Studio helps extract value from data by combining the multiple processes of data analysis. These phases include acquiring and cleaning data, communicating findings, and applying IA models. IBM Watson Studio was developed by IBM. The fact that the application made it simple to provide examples and information to the other members of the group was another feature that proved to be of great use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be greater focus on the IBM DSx Community. If more was known about how data science improves a company's competency inventory, there could be less barriers to entry. It seems that most of the ML capabilities provided by the H2O package in R are not compatible with Apache Spark. There needs to be documentation for using Apache Spark for ML in R.

A fantastic tool we have the pleasure of using. I recommend this to any business with considerable technological capability that wants to explore data in new ways. IBM Watson Discovery has the most advanced technology to search and get the analytical insights from large databases within a splash of the time. The capability of processing the natural language to extract the analytics from unstructured documents and data is the best feature of the tool.

It starts giving errors, when we through multiple queries at a time, and it is the only issue I have noticed while using IBM Watson Discovery.

It is very helpful tool for me to do the research and development work and find the quick answers to my queries. The chatbots created with NLP technology of IBM Watson Discovery are also benefiting our business, as we have been able to automate our customer's care setup and workflows at some extent.
