Overall good produc but could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
he visibility and control it offers are good, allowing me to identify to potential threats in a shote time. The interface is intuitive and easy to manage. It's a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can be improved. While the dashboard provides a big amount of data, it's difficult to parse and make sense of it all. I've found myself wishing for more intuitive reporting options to make good decisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud NGFW helped us securing our cloud-based infrastructure with a scalable and solution giving good visibility. With its threat prevention capabilities, we've seen a reduction in security incidents, which saved us time and resources. Overall, it enabled us to maintain a good level of security and compliance.

Palo Alto next gen firewall - great one
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is warning intelligence as well as it's filtering capabilities! DPI analysis to packet level gives more granularity. The wildfire cloud service helps with warning intelligence. App id helps in block higher risk applications contingent upon behaviour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive, a bit complex configuration, slower customer support and requires lots of resources
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves multi cloud complexity problems, by simplifying easy security management across various platforms- aws., Azure etc.
Also provides deeper visibility across apps, user activities.
Benefits in having enhanced security posture, and simplified management, also an improved productivity with the help of automation

Great solution to Cloud NGFW
What do you like best about the product?
Palo alto cloud NGFW help us as perimeter firewall, applying border politics. For us is the best option to make VPN site to site with another internal clients
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes slow dashboar respons, everything is all right
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this firewall we were able to apply the best policies, thanks to global protect the internal client can have access to the company's data in a secure manner and it was the only solution that made it easy for us to create a site to site VPN from a cloud environment.
Palo Alto is great firewall. managed our infrastructure for many years w/o any issue.

Overall, it’s a complete solution that fits well with cloud-based applications, letting security teams focus on policy and strategy instead of deployment and scaling details.

no so much, all are good running smoothly

Its easy to manage through Panorama and can be deployed virtually on cloud instances and can be used across multiple cloud environment and can be integrated with hybrid setup, this firewalls are really great for hub and spoke model setup.

Sometimes it get slow randomly and commit get delayed except that all is great

I Like best about Palo Alto Networks Cloud NGFW is the ease of use, allowing me to spend less engineering efforts on the product while still being able to get granular with policy controll.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that that it may at times not feel as automated, which is something I feel will change in the future.

Very intuitive, easy to navigate, and the features it has are very useful make my life easier as an IT Technician when it comes to networking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't too much I did not like, maybe the ability to add custom themes to better match the business I work at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my work environment safe and secure from any threat actors. The logs and statistics I am able to see and record help with my reports.
