Speed and Accuracy is amazing - constant monitoring is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does catch legitimate items - but this is preferred over missing an impersonation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has geratly helped improve our community awareness.

Effective and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using Impersonation Protection is that once it is set up, it learns the environment and users to work without any interaction. Easy to use and UI is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for Impersonation Protection is that we cannot submit false positives within the system. An email has to be sent separately outside of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of spearphishing emails it finds provides efficiency to my workflow.
A great product that has made security better
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automatically sort through logs and bring problems to our attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. There are false positives but those are the ones where human interaction is able to determine that once we figure things out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our SPAM protection, mail encryption, and security posture are all imporved with better details, more logical processing, and prompt alerting.

What do you like best about the product?
Spam filtering is top notch, and easily managed by tech savy and non-tech savy users
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the retention of the barracuda email gateway defense was longer than 30 days. We aren't expecting this to be a backup solution on its own, but longer retention would definately help us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spam/virus filtering

Easy to use with less knowledge and time to maintain. Also usefull for sending phinshing mails for awareness. Very easy to implement and the customer support

Getting safer within less time and needed knowledge. Easy to use a sofisticated tool
Set it and forget it
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice not to get a lot of NSFW emails coming through. The thing I like most about using Barracuda Email Protection is that when my email server goes down, it queues up email we've received and can do so for 72 hours. The other thing I really like is that I can re-release emails if something happened during the transmission from Barracuda to our on-prem email server.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while we go through a period of getting a ton of spam emails until the system catches up with their scanning. In those times I have to spend a lot of time marking things as incorrectly delivered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You should see all the spam and NSFW emails that get caught in the filter. It's great to not have to think about that.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an easy platform to get around in and loads of settings to customize what you need to do. The protection suite has definately saved us from end users with that notion to click-and-see!
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the only downside I've ran into is the email log search could use more options for word/phrase searches in different fields.

Rather than chasing email through Exchange Online tools Barracuda makes it easy to purge, find or just monitor messages.
Works well. Dependable and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple to search for email! I work at a law firm, so we're constatly being asked to find this or that email. Barracuda provides easy to understand instruction, which can get a beginner up to speed quickly. The web interface is layed out well and the controls are intuitive. We've been using Barracuda for years, and wouldn't go with anyone else. Also, customer service is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some rules to searching that you need to know before you get started. For instance, putting all of your "or" searches before the "and" searches. This is really the only reason we've needed to contact customer support. This should be made more obvious on the search screen.

Barracuda helps us find correspondance and attachments quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not as intuitive as it could be. Once you get used to it, it is absolutely fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to historic emails for contractual or forensic purposes. The ability to do a quick search that looks back over the 3 years we have been using it and find emails that match a complex (or simple) criteria. As a speed comparison, eDiscovery can take a few hours to produce output for a search that takes 15 seconds in Barracuda.
FANTASTIC Customer Support!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is always quick to respond, easy and friendly to work with. If there is something you can't find in the documentation or are having trouble with, they can answer your questions and help get it taken care of. I also really like the digest reports are customizable and can allow users subject only view of blocked/quarantined messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to understand the priority or order of operations on different rulesets. It could be more beginner friendly in terms of where certain settings are buried or searchable for specific settings. The product seems geared towards Office 365 users so if you are not on Office 365 your use case may be slightly more limited. If you don't wait several seconds for the page to fully load it will wipe out your search but there is no way to time this loading (no progress bar and it doesn't stop you from typing)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps protect us against spam and threats. It benefits us by reducing our workload through use of some automated and crowdsourced data to help stop threats in their tracks. It helps reduce our workload on dealing with spam and prevents many security threats and phishing emails from reaching users' mailboxes.
