What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the possibility of integration directly through actions, using extensions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unintuitive interface. I find it difficult to grant access to non-technical people

scalable and reliable solution, with great NLP, which makes it easier to understand users' pain points

O que eu mais gosto é a quantidade de coisas que podemos fazer, aparentemente é bem simples mas ainda não consegui ver na prática.

Que ainda precisa de time tecnico para fazer algo simples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No momento não estamos resolvendo muita coisa pois estamos no projeto de migração da V1 para a V2, que inclusive acho que deveriam indicar fazer um novo bot e não migrar pq os problemas se tornam inumeros.

A very refined AI that enables use in solutions that work with traditional and generative AIs, many additional features that can be used as well as being a closed structure where customer data is not shared.

It is not easy to understand the consumption of services and to obtain historical data on this consumption.

Internal support chatbot - allowing our users to help resolve their support issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how well integrated IBM watsonx Assistant is with everything we already have up and running. It’s impressive on the natural language processing front, and making our customer service more responsive and the user more intuitive. We linked it with our CRM and other communication methods, so that customer queries are automatically recorded and turn arounds for replies are quick. It has significantly cut down the response times and boosted production all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the strength of IBM watsonx Assistant, its degree of flexibility and available settings is exceptional. The configuration of the custom features in addition to designing specific work flows was not as easy as we originally expected, which caused some initial issues in getting everything up and in the proper running order. Despite the opportunities of the support resources, we still required more time to tailor the system until it best fitted us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM watsonx Assistant helps our team to free up time and not work on redundant tasks that are always done when dealing with customers through normal emails, chats or calls. One of them addresses the problem of working with large amounts of requests that come in on a daily basis and guarantees that even during rush hours, the requests are processed properly without requiring additional staff to be hired. This has enhanced our general working order and reaction rates on the numerous surveys.
