What do you like best about the product?
It has user friendly interface. It is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling huge amount of unstructed data is difficult and it can be more affordable

Enterprise Chatbot / NLP Platform with limited practical asset

What do you like best about the product?
Modern and fresh UI: not much enterprise platform as a modern user interface like Watson Assistant
Practical Implementation use cases can be seen in several IBM platform (ie: SCBN, IBM help page/ chatbot on the website).
IBM also uses the product on their own internal portal that serves employees. This fact might give confidence that the product will be maintained and developed continuosly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation of NLP needs a lot of library/ assets for: acronym, slang, context, sentiment analysis, topic categorization, etc, which are not readily available.
Even the product is powerful, it takes time to build those assets on top of the platform.
Limited community to support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the workload related to text processing,of customer service inquiries, email inquiry, news filtering.
By putting rules, we can filter out noise and focus on more limited information.

In terms of deployment, there is good workflow to recreate, duplicate, and deploy chat bot with proper approval process.
We can also monitor the bot performance in the dashboard.

Loading the dataset sometimes takes so long. Please improve it.

Backup & recovery. Comprehensive data resilience for physical and virtual servers.

What do you like best about the product?
Cognitive services that can read numerous documents automatically extract data and respond to user queries. In short, it's about finding answers from unstructured data. Also, it doesn't demand any particular technical skill.
What do you dislike about the product?
Industry-specific Intent packs would have been added advantage. One would need a bit of training to understand consumption based billing. Rest is all fine. The platform is easy to configure and maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has reduced the volume of calls to the contact center agents, also helps 24/7 in lead generation. The capabilities can be extended further to handle more transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Training sessions led to practical projects that were expected to be completed. The VR tech was the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Each app was not helpful for the required business application, but not necessary!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Chatbot solutions, VR tech. Implemented a few websites for some clients.

What do you like best about the product?
the web chat event base triggers were an absolute gem, allowed me to do my integrations very seamlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in my mind at the moment was able to achieve just what i needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My family runs an IOT business and there are some frequent technical queries and common queries in general that come up, the webchat assistant is doing me wonders.

Intuitive application to create impactful chatbots

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Watson assist is very intuitive. It works for you even if you are not really into a lot of coding. You just need to answer step-wise step questions. Also - the live preview makes a lot of sense - especially if you are just exploring the various webchat/ bot creation options. One can choose the correct template accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides. A minor one is - the templates are a little basic - can be sorted in terms of complexity. Will be useful for for new and inexperienced users to choose templates as per their own experience levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major problem a strategist faces is - how do you explore options for pilot projects before you can commission a project to a particular agency. IBM Watson assistant is helping to explore various options to create whatsapp based (and other platforms based) chatbots and web assistants - and that too without any major knowledge of coding or programming language. It is like you keep answering questions and the tool is being built by Watson service on its own.
