Preloaded templates that help very much
AI with all the necessary features and information.
setup is easy
What do you dislike about the product?
cannot handle many complex situations or problems.
it is user-friendly but not very much

It is eliminating duplicate tasks and making it easy for regular and routine tasks

It is very difficult to integrate IBM watsonx Assistant with other components

What do you like best about the product?
Watson assistant is generally a AI tool or you can chat botwhich gives a kind of customer support who don't want to talk to customer case executives. It is fast and mostly times gives accurate result
What do you dislike about the product?
dislike about watson assistant is afterall it's an AI, machine thing. One coule not get a feel of real customer support because at times AI fails and give vauge results
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
by implementing this we can get lesser customer cases and if we got a case we can see agent assistance which help us immediately give customer a solution

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly and easy use, accuracy in the responses. You don't need to have a technical profile or specialiced knowledge to take advantage of this wonderful assistant. Enhanced user experience when replacing old VIRs with a GEN AI voice assistang. Easy customization to cover different scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think other techlologies like Chat GPT, Gemini or Copilot have grater market penetration and, from my point of view, Watsonx is way better. I think IBM should invest more in marketing campaigns.

Easy and quick access to enriched information

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to implement when you don't have a large load of technical skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The specific timeout feature on the webhook for the classic dialog construction which does not allow us to change the timeout causes a series of headaches we have to work around with even more code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently have more than 30 clients using wx.assistant for regulatory matters.
