What do you like best about the product?
Watson Assistant offers in depth flexiblity, as well as power to handle complex dialogue flows. Its unparalleled in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find helpful free training for more complicated features (like Digressions, Javascript modifiers in Dialog Nodes, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Built a customer experience driven chatbot for a large enterprise, public facing, which is receiving over 1k conversations per day. Strong take up by users, lower customer escalations, and reduction of comms to existing support channels. Great product.

Need a starter Orchestration

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create the dialogs and the out of box intents that are available are helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a starter orchestration layer. Without it, it is very diffcult even if we step little bit outside of the generic tree flow.
WOuld also like to have drag and drop fucntiton to create the dialog
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password resets, Answering questions on common HC questions.

What do you like best about the product?
The IBM Watson assistant gives you alot of power in building virtual assistants, whill making it very straightforward and easy to use. The learning capabilities are amazing. Whether you are looking create basic virtual assistant experiences or involved automated tasks, the solution has what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Want more integration with other chat and messaging platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working to tie in all our support channels, while removing the friction from the customer support experience.

What do you like best about the product?
the product easy to use, has a detailed documentation and the exeples on the IBM site are relevant. The evolusion path was not so clear at the beginig but now is easier to understand the roadmap of the product

limited tools to help business people to prapare the information needed for training and tools for developpers to test the performances of the clqssifier

the capability to use the nlu engine with a rule engine for dialog. lastly, new capabilities available on premise

there is an urgent need to improve the nlg capabilities. two other points

What do you like best about the product?
Watson Assistant is very useful to start your path on Artificial Intilligence. Is very easy to use and to deploy a product in weeks. Also you can train your Bots to attend the raw need of your clients
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought that in some point Watson Assistant would be learning by itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a start innovative customer attention and internal eficiency

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean UI, it makes a very complex thing like the conversation design look clean and simple, and does a pretty good job displaying the conversation logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
- There are no content management features. Content writers are used to working in Content management tools. That aside, there are a number of critical features always required in content management, such as content categorisation, language models, translation setup / integrations. There are also no APIs to allow us to integrate with other content management tools. These are critical for scaling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Watson chatbot to abate contacts coming into the contact center.
