O RPA é uma ferramenta excelente, que nos possibilitaria automatizar processos manuais que hoje consome muito tempo dos colaboradores.

Sinceramente, não percebi nada que não fosse útil.

O RPA facilitaria nosso processo de arquivo (no caso do departamento de RH), onde a quantidade de documentos para arquivar é muito volumosa.

What do you like best about the product?
As the User of IBM watsonx i found it's ability to create and deploy chatbot and virtual assistants very easily and fastly.
It allows business to provide automated customer support and engagement which can improve customer user experience and increase the business value.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the user of this tool, The initial learning curve associated with configuring fine tune AI Models will be little bit challenging here and we can improve the documentation and more tutorial videos so that users can implement the things very faster. But overall I don't dislike anything about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here is the list in which IBM watsonx helping us -
Enhaned customer support - as we are banking industry there are common queries which came from customer but with integration of this tool it is very easy and fast way to resolve the issue.
Language support - This tool can support multiple language so it way easy to support the customer from different language backgrounds.

What do you like best about the product?
Chatbot is one of important elements in our business and in earlier days we were struggling with the same but with IBM most of our issues are resolved and now we can focus on our core areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is scope of improvement in terms of user guide , they can elaborate the steps which is mentioned. Apart from that its quite good and user friendly. Hoping for better user guide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making our responses quick. Most of the queries are repetitive so it makes the response time quite quick. Which result in more satisfaction of customers

What do you like best about the product?
Once you're familiar with the user interface, it's pretty easy to create chatbots and voice assistants. The AI has less and less errors towards user asks and definitely aced our expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
For beginners it might be slightly tricky to understand, but the drag and drop functions makes it easy. The accuracy is commendable but there are still slight scope of improvements in terms if repeated answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've integrated the assistant with the slack to cater the intro and initial ask and doubts for the new joinees. On a totally different project we're also performing the same for our clients. Hence it is proving super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been contacted few of the players in the industry but as far as I know they have been the best. Really liked the service and product. Thumps up from my end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it took some time to get used to it, but once it was understood it was quite good. Demo video can be bit more illustrative it will make the process smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queries has been resolved at base level only, so it is reducing the number of force we used to required initially to solve the issues. Now the users are quite satisfied

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use tool. We can create chatbots as per our requirement. Has multiple templates available. Easy to plugin with other applications like wordpress etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any negative points while using this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides easy UI, multiple templates are available. We can create our own chatbots as per the desired requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it works. It provides latest news and information about everything. I'm very much satisfied with the product. Against competitors it has to potential to be in top market.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, I didn't find anything like that. Everything is fine. Solution can go offline mode as well. It will be better if user is provided with scrap websites it has searched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing i just used it as a bot for personal. It benefited me with the most updated information and has increased my productivity as well. Yes business performance increased too.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface was easy and simple, it doesn't require an intensive programming experience. And that's great for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much to be upset with but it can be alittle confusing not having durect connection with other services

I used watson assistant to create a chat bot for banking inquiries.
