What do you like best about the product?
Artificial intelligence that understand customer in context to provide fast, consistent and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its huge platform, its take time to understand all concepts.

Transform the memeber experience always available to interact with memeber . Strengthen provide collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
The NLP works well the integration for various platforms is all good. IBM can be use as chat bot, search option, etc. Also with the hybrid cloud features, it enhances the security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a delay in the responses. Unless you have committed package offers, it would e difficult to maintain. Works for a general purpose. But needs to improve alot for a long term use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Watson can be integrated into the chat feature which makes it easy of use. The data feed I. Regularly makes it easy for the newer queries or concerns in the chat bot.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of IBM Watson Assistant is its NLP Algorithm. The platform also provides many useful features like Disambiguation, Autocorrection, Web Hooks and the most important one is User Conversation Analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing which can be improved is the Try it panel where we can test the dialog results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most common problem considering the IT company is that self help. By having the Chatbot we are reducing the ticket count by providing ghe self help with the help of Chatbot

What do you like best about the product?
Always welcomes IBM's new product on top of Watson. Some features are reasonable compared to Watson explorer content analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
It's creating confusion among the people for Watson products; not good to release multiple products for the same functionality; better to add features for existing products instead of producing various products

The AI Functionality is integrated perfectly with the chat boxes. Which provides an excellent customer experience and scalability

Sometimes it becomes un-responsive which I think can be improved

I benefited from this AI chat-box tool mainly was customer experience as it provides good customisation and good integration, which led to great performance enhancement

Object detection mechanism is quite smooth.

Training the AI Bot is quite tricky and tedious.

Using As a chatbot to find real-time objects in my B2B business.AI offers capabilities that are excellent at using natural language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Natural language and conversational features are not currently multilingual. If that feature is enhanced, it would be a great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am using Chat-bot services, it helps me with the following points

Hight quality graphic visualisation.
It's different compare to Google and Amazon it's ahed of its compitition because it's used solution with different dataset

Doesn't process structured data into English
Cost of maintenance. apart from that i ahve not faced any issues they kept on releasing versions frequently so no issues faced
